Intelligent Collection And Management System Of Fungus Specimen Information

The traditional collection method of fungus specimens uses digital camera,GPS locator and pen and paper to record the collection information,and then input it into the computer.The collection efficiency is low,the work is repeated,and the second entry is prone to errors in the correspondence of photos and information.In order to solve the above shortcomings of traditional collection methods,this paper developed a set of intelligent collection and management system of fungus specimen information to realize intelligent collection and management of fungus specimen information in the field.The system is composed of two parts:the mobile terminal specimen information intelligent collection App and the server terminal specimen information management system.The user can input the specimen information intelligently through the mobile terminal App and transmit it to the server for storage and management.The research content of this paper contains the following three parts:training the fungus identification model,using the TensorFlow deep learning framework,training the neural network model for fungus identification through the migration learning method,and deploying it on the Android platform;Based on the Android platform,the mobile terminal App is developed to realize the intelligent collection functions of fungus specimen information,such as fungus identification,image collection,geographic location acquisition and dynamic input matching,as well as the storage and transmission of specimen collection data.Develop server-side management system,based on Spring Boot framework and MySQL database,realize the management of fungus specimen.information and user information,as well as batch import and export of information.The intelligent collection and management system of fungus specimen information developed in this paper realizes the intelligent collection and management of fungus specimen information in the field.The mobile App makes it more convenient to collect specimens in the field through fungus identification,intelligent collection of specimen information and transmission of specimen information.The server-side management system receives the collected data and manages the specimen collection records and user information effectively.This system simplifies the process of specimen collection,improves the efficiency and accuracy of collection,and realizes the integration of specimen information collection and management.
