In recent years,new retail fresh supermarkets have developed rapidly,and customers have become more and more recognized for online and offline fresh supermarkets.However,there are still some problems in order fulfillment,mainly due to long order fulfillment time,resulting in customer orders.It was not delivered in time,which was caused by the large number of orders,the large number of orders,and the scattered delivery of orders.The main reason was that the order selection and delivery were separately optimized during the actual operation of the new retail fresh supermarket.However,the fulfillment time of the order should be determined by the order picking and delivery.In order to improve the satisfaction of order fulfillment service,this paper takes X new retail fresh supermarket as the background,and takes the order picking and delivery link in the order fulfillment as the research object,and plans to solve the problem of joint optimization of order picking and delivery.Firstly,according to the research object and research content of this paper,relevant literature search and combing are carried out,and the related literatures related to order picking,order delivery and order picking and delivery are sorted out,and the related theories of new retail,order picking and order delivery are elaborated,and order fulfillment is sorted out.The process,which illustrates the important role of joint ordering and delivery joint optimization,leads to the research problem of this paper.Secondly,in view of the order fulfillment problem of X new retail fresh supermarket,from the perspective of joint optimization,considering the three goals of total delay time,default rate and total cost of performance,consider the fulfillment time window of each order,order picking time sequence Factors such as the order delivery vehicle route,and a joint optimization model for order picking and delivery.Solve by genetic algorithm.The verification of the example of X fresh supermarket shows that the model and algorithm based on joint scheduling can significantly optimize the total order delay time,order default rate and total cost.Finally,by adjusting the number of pickers,the number of delivery vehicles,the time window width and the vehicle capacity,sensitivity analysis is performed to observe the impact of the changes on the objective function.The merchant can adjust the operation based on this;the total delay time of the order The weights of the three objective functions,such as the order default rate and the total cost of order fulfillment,can be flexibly adapted to the importance of fresh supermarkets on order fulfillment efficiency and total cost to determine different order picking and delivery strategies for new retail fresh supermarkets.Provide decision support for merchants.The full text contains 16 figures,14 tables and 62 references.
