Ocean remote sensing satellites can observe the global ocean in a wide range and over a long period of time, but the susceptibility of ocean color satellites to cloud cover over the ocean leads to a high proportion of data missing, which to some extent limits the development of their applications. It is of great significance for marine research to reconstruct the missing data scientifically and obtain the reanalysis products with continuous time series and full coverage of space scope.Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a series of studies on the reconstruction of ocean color data, but the remodeling of the geostationary satellite ocean color data is limited to the data with moderate missing rate in the season, and the data with high missing rate and continuous missing rate cannot be reconstructed. In this paper,on the basis of the empirical orthogonal function reconstruction method, put forward the suitable for parallel reconstruction method of the geostationary satellite ocean color data around the data the characteristics of high time resolution, highlight the time element in the position in refactoring, use outlier detection, like Laplacian smoothing filtering and time modal decomposition of quadratic interpolation,to obtain the complete coverage of space when the reanalysis of data;At the same time, based on the shared memory model and the flow processor model, the parallel optimization of the method significantly improves the computational efficiency of the reconfiguration of the geostationary satellite ocean color data in a long time span.In this paper, the Korean Geostationary Ocean Color Imager was used as the data source, and the parallel reconstruction method of remote sensing data of the geostationary satellite ocean color data was proposed to reconstruct the total suspended matter concentration data of hangzhou bay in 2017.The results show that the proposed method is more accurate than the classical method in reconstruction accuracy and data interpretation. The reconstructed results reflect the seasonal variation and spatial distribution of the total suspended concentration in hangzhou bay,and are consistent with the existing research conclusions. In this paper, performance contrast experiments, the parallel efficiency of the geostationary satellite ocean color data reconstruction significantly better than the serial mode, can be finished in a few hours before take several days to reconstruct calculation,in this paper, the parallel method can effectively reduce the long time span time cost of the geostationary satellite ocean color data reconstruction, meet the production demands of long time series reanalysis data.
