In recent years,China's urbanization process has been rapid,the urbanization rate has risen rapidly,and the land space has undergone tremendous changes.With the continuous expansion of construction land,the space of agricultural and ecological land is continuously squeezed,the contradiction between urban,agricultural and ecological space is intensifying,the pressure of cultivated land and ecological protection isincreasing,and the land development policy is facing difficult choices.The development of land space needs to be optimized.In the past,many methods of land and space planning and control of land resources were different and inconsistent,and they failed to effectively play the role of space allocation and governance.Nowadays,the use of land and natural resources is unified into the overall planning of land and space.In order to unify the science and promote the integration and utilization of land resources,it is necessary to conduct a study on the division of land and space.Shanghai is located at the intersection of the "Belt and Road".It is located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and adjacent to Jiangsu and Anhui.In 2015,Shanghai's construction land area was 3071km2,accounting for 48.4%of the total area,which is close to the ceiling of the total construction land.The continuous growth of construction land has caused problems such as disorderly development of land and space in the region and imbalance of ecological environment.The study takes Shanghai as the research area,integrates land use data,planning data and relevant economic and social data,and conducts research on the method of zoning of land space planning from the perspectives of macro-scale and micro-scale,which provides a basis for the scientific preparation of land space planning.The primary research contents and completion of the thesis are as described below:(1)Macroscopic spatial planning zoning based on the "three-dimensional cube,methodThe study adopts the "three-dimensional cube"theory,constructs the "three-dimensional cube"space of the macro-scale planning division from the three dimensions of construction land suitability,farmland protection feasibility and land use development intensity,and demarcates the kilometer grid as the evaluation unit for spatial analysis..According to the principle of index selection,the research selects three categories of indicators:land use suitability,farmland protection feasibility and land use development intensity.It includes 15 evaluation indicators,using analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to comprehensively determine index weights and then pass the space.The overlay analysis obtained the comprehensive scores of construction land suitability,farmland protection feasibility,and land use development intensity,and graded.Through three-dimensional evaluation,the study area is divided into key development and utilization areas,optimized development and utilization areas,moderate protection areas and key protection areas,comprehensive consideration of administrative boundaries,necessary qualitative constraints on the regional results,and final determination of macro-scale planning division.(2)Micro-scale land space planning zoning based on the quad-tuple modelThe study expounds the rule system including land use conversion history driving rules,land suitability evaluation rules and local processing rules of special areas.The target system consists of suitability objectives,compact goals and coordination goals,including planning index constraints.And the constraint system of the continuous integrity constraint of the zone,including the conflict resolution mechanism of the land use configuration priority order and the land multi-purpose contradiction solution.After using the land use indicators of the overall land use planning,a set of systematic model rules,target systems,constraints and con:flict resolution mechanisms are constructed to form a micro-scale land-based spatial planning zoning method based on the quad-tuple model.(3)Multi-scale space planning regional map representation methodBased on the map drawing theory and land use planning drawing norms as the basic theory of planning map design,the comparative analysis method,system analysis method and expert consultation method are used to construct the land space planning map system.Based on the overall planning requirements and characteristics of Shanghai national land space planning Establish a map system for the overall planning of Shanghai's national land space,determine the thematic elements of the series of maps for the overall planning of Shanghai's national land,and design the expression patterns of the maps from the map auxiliary elements,map symbols and map colors,and evaluate the quality of the planned maps.The results show that the planning map is of good quality.
