In recent decades,the research on singular systems has attracted much attention,In this paper,we study the singular positive system.Singular positive system is a kind of singular system whose input is positive and output is positive.Because of the partic-ularity of this kind of system,the method for general linear system can not be directly applied to this kind of system.In this paper,the exponential stability of singular positive systems with time delay and partial actuator failure is studied by using state feedback control with memory state feedback.By adopting system decomposition method,com-bining with the related theory of singular system and construct the lyapunov function method,we obtained under this controller depends on the time delay of the sufficient conditions of exponential stability,and the sufficient conditions stated by the standard linear programming problem,you can use the method of solving linear programming to work out.
