With the continuous improvement of the national economy and the deepening of urbanization, people have a higher pursuit of life, and travel demand has gradually become more quantitative and diversified.Due to the limitations of urban road planning and infrastructure, the traditional public transportation system cannot fully cover the lines and site areas, and has gradually failed to meet people's individual needs. In the era of sharing economy, electric car rental has become an important supplement to traditional transportation modes such as public transportation and cars.Compared with the traditional car rental model, the electric car rental model is based on the Internet and has the characteristics of speed, convenience and environmental protection, and will have more room for development. However,in reality, there is no in-depth theoretical and practical research on the choice of transportation in this mode.It is easy to cause imbalance between supply and demand in various regions by learning from the experience and drawing on the allocation of vehicles and land resources.Effective promotion and utilization of the method. Therefore,it is necessary to study the residents' willingness to travel from both subjective and objective perspectives, and to deeply explore the demand for electric vehicle rental within the city. This paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign literature research results, summarizes the research on electric car rental travel and travel choices, determines the research content and objectives;then starts with the existing urban traffic problems, expounds the applicability of the methods, and analyzes the traffic travels. The characteristics of the method, summarizing the influencing factors of residents' travel choices;based on the theory of planned behavior and the theory of support vector machine, this paper discusses the study of residents' willingness to travel and the choice of travel mode choices considering the will of residents;design data survey plan and implementation, statistical analysis of residents' current travel status Provide basic preparation for model application, predict the demand for electric vehicle rental, and put forward relevant suggestions based on the research conclusions.Based on the above theory, the data analysis software is used to complete the screening of influencing factors, the construction and test of residents' willingness analysis model, and analyze the influence of different attributes on the choice of residents' travel choices.Using MATLAB software to program the resident travel mode selection combination forecasting model.Calculate and predict the distribution of travelby various modes of transportation in the city. Finally, taking the specific city as an example,SPSS is used to analyze the statistical normative data in the city and fit the prediction to verify the rationality of the model,so as to further predict the residents' demand for electric car rental. The research conclusions show that the travel choice model constructed in this paper considering the residents' willingness can clearly achieve the desired research objectives, and effectively prove the theoretical and practicality of the model;the various attributes of residents are selected for the final travel. The results have different degrees of influence;the results of the study are verified by the example to be more consistent with the actual situation, which has certain theoretical significance for explaining the current status of urban travel, and can realize the expectation of future situation;the research on electric car rental travel can be the follow-up city. The new composition of transportation provides research ideas and provides theoretical guidance for the promotion and market distribution of this method.
