Euler deconvolution method is a widely used potential field automatic inversion method,also known as Euler inversion method.This method has the advantage of giving the center position of the anomalous body or delineating the boundary of the anomalous body without too much prior information.It is suitable for automatic processing and interpretation of the large scale potential field data,and the calculation process is fast and simple.In real application,the method is mainly affected by problems such as structural index,window size and false solutions.This thesis mainly focuses on the experiment and application of Euler deconvolution method.Firstly,based on the basic theory,the accuracy and stability of the method are studied and analyzed.The main factors affecting the Euler deconvolution test and its application are analyzed and discussed in detail,including the selection of structural index,window size and solutions.Aiming at the problem of false solutions in Euler deconvolution inversion results,a screening scheme of Euler solutions is proposed.This screening method can delete the unstable and divergent solutions,which is beneficial to simplify the interpretation of Euler solutions.There are also some improvements in the selection of window size.These improvements will enhance the practicability of Euler deconvolution.Euler deconvolution method is applied to comprehensive model tests,including single model test,combined model test and noise model test,and comparative analysis is made.The model test results show that Euler deconvolution can accurately locate the center position of the anomaly source or detecte the boundary of the anomaly source.However,there are many false solutions or divergent solutions.Using the method of screening the solution given in this paper,The results show that the screening criterion can eliminate many false solutions,which is beneficial to the interpretation of Euler inversion.Finally,based on the 1:100,000 gravity data of Hulin basin,we use Euler deconvolution method to identify faults in Hulin basin.On the basis of fault division,the Hulin basin is divided into seven secondary tectonic units by using geological data,Bouguer gravity anomaly,Euler inversion solution and magnetotelluric sounding data.They are Yingchun rise,Qihulinhe depression,Yunshan depression,Central rise,Mulinghe depression,Chaoyang-Xiaoqingshan rise and Donglingzi depression.The large-scale gravity and magnetic exploration in the Hulin Basin is not high and the geological data is limited.It is believed that this study can provide important reference for the follow-up geological resources exploration.
