In recent years,the research on parameter identification methods of biological systems has attracted much attention from scholars at home and abroad.In order to obtain more accurate parameter identification results of biological systems,it is necessary to use mathematical model to study the parameter identification of biological systems,and choose better methods to reduce the error function value.In this paper,parameter identification for a class of biological systems is taken as the research background,the mathematical model of this problem is established and two new solving methods are proposed.The main contents and results are as follows:1.According to the parameter identification for a class of biological systems,based on B-spline and modified collocation formula,an efficient approach is proposed to solve the given parameter identification model.The method is applied to four simulation examples and compared with the error function value of the existing methods,it can be shown that the proposed method can obtain the more accurate results for the parameter identification.And the application of the proposed method to biological fermentation system of glycerol further shows the effectivenss of this method.2.According to the parameter identification for a class of biological systems,based on B-spline and Runge-Kutta formula,another efficient approach is proposed to solve the given parameter identification model.The method is applied to four simulation examples and compared with the error function value of the existing methods,it can be shown that the proposed method can obtain the more accurate results for the parameter identification.And the application of the proposed method to biological fermentation system of glycerol,compared with the second chapter further shows the effectivenss of this method.
