The Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO)is a ground based ex-periment project with targets of searching for high energy cosmic rays'source,measuring the spectrum of cosmic ray accurately and exploring the new physics.LHAASO will take advantage of its hybrid detector array and its high sensitivity to observe and research the high energy cosmic rays intensively.The Wide Field of View Cherenkov Telescope Array(WFCTA)is one of the major detector arrays of LHAASO.WFCTA uses Silicon Multi-plier(SiPM)as its photoelectric detector.The performance of the SiPM will determine whether the telescope meets the designed requirements.This thesis is mainly focus on the detector assembly,test,and data analysis of pho-toelectric detector.We tested the assembled Sub-Cluster and photoelectric detector by using our own motion-measurement control system.Some parameters which describe the basic function and performance like the voltage-gain curve,linearity,resolution of the assembled Sub-Cluster were obtained.Depending on the data analysis,the SiPM that does not meet the requirements or has defects is eliminated.According to the results of testing,we improve the performance of the detector.When testing and the data checking of detector,we found that the SiPMs have good consistency of performance.The SiPMs of first detector,the operating voltages are dis-tributed in the range of 57 V to 59 V under the gain of 8 X]O5.The nonlinearity at 32000 pe are nearby-7%and the resolution at 13 pe are all less than 0.8.The good design and performance of photoelectric detector meet the expectations and requirements of the telescope.
