Viral hepatitis B(viral hepatitis type B,HBV)is an infectious disease caused by HBV,referred to as hepatitis B.Drug treatment of hepatitis B virus is one of the important means to delay the development of the disease and prevent and control the spread of hepatitis B.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, considering the control effect of drugs on the replication of hepatitis B virus, the dynamics model of hepatitis B virus is established, and the sufficient conditions for the stability of virus clearance equilibrium point and persistent virus carrying equilibrium point were given.According to the standard of interferon and entecavir in clinical practice,it can calculate the steady blood concentration during treatment. In this paper, the trend of the number of hepatitis B virus is simulated, and the rationality of the model is analyzed based on the DNA data detected by the case. Then we simulate the therapeutic effect of single-dose and combined-dose medication strategies by numerical simulation, the validity of clinical combined drug use is verified theoretically.Secondly, the pharmacodynamic model of hepatitis B virus is used as the state system to establish the pharmacodynamic optimization model and give the optimal pharmacodynamic expression. The pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic theory establishes the relationship between pharmacodynamics and dosage of drugs. In this paper,an algorithm for optimizing medication schemes is given. Then, taking the clinical treatment cases as the control group and using MATLAB numerical simulation, the difference of treatment between routine medication scheme and optimal medication scheme is quantitatively analyzed, which provided a feasible method for clinical selection of medication scheme. Finally, consider the effect of combination of entecavir and interferon on thetreatment of hepatitis B,a dynamic model of drug-resistant hepatitis B virus is established.Sufficient conditions for the existence of clearance balance point of drug resistant viruses,drug-resistant virus-carrying equilibrium point,drug-resistant virus-carrying equilibrium point and equilibrium point of non-drug resistance persistent carrier virus is given. It uses Lyapunov function method and composite matrix method to prove the global asymptotic stability of equilibrium point. The influence of drug resistance on hepatitis B virus is analyzed by numerical simulation.
