The long duration of mine mining in arid zone in our country causes the soil compaction,decreased water and fertility retention capacity,serious heavy metal pollution,and restricted plant growth.Therefore,promoting plant growth and improving soil structure have vital significances in environmental protection and ecological restoration in the mine of arid zone.This experiment takes,two varieties of one-year-seeding nursery stocks Caragana korshiskii and Syringa oblate lindl,and three herbaceous plants Agropyron cristatum,Medicago sativa and Elymus dahuricus as research object samples,and the application amounts of biologic bacterial fertilizer and artificial zeolite as the main factors,to analyze the improvement results of plant growth and soil chemical and chysical properties affected by biologic bacterial fertilizer and artificial zeolite,and the optimal dosage levels of biologic bacterial fertilizer and artificial zeolite for each plant.This experiment sets four biologic bacterial fertilizer dosage levels:5g/strain,10g/strain,20g/strain and 40g/strain for one-year-seeding nursery stock and 50g/m2,100g/m2,200g/m2 and 400g/m2 for three herbaceous plants.It also sets four artificial zeolite dosage levels on all five plants at 5g/kg,10g/kg,20g/kg and 40g/kg.By analysing the plant growth and soil fertility status on different dosage levels,the experiment applies principal component analysis to conclude the optimal dosage levels of biologic bacterial fertilizer and artificial zeolite for each plant.The experiment outcomes demonstrate that biologic bacterial fertilizer and artificial zeolite have evidently positive improvements for plant growth and soil chemical and physical properties in the mine of arid zone.The optimal dosage level of biologic bacterial fertilizer for nursery stocks Caragana korshiskii and Syringa oblate lindl is 20g/strain,and the optimal dosage levels of artificial zeolite are 5g/kg and 10g/kg.The optimal dosage levels of biologic bacterial fertilizer for Agropyron cristatum and Medicago sativa are 200g/m2 and 50g/m2,and the optimal dosage levels of artificial zeolite are 20g/kg and 10g/kg.The optimal dosage level of biologic bacterial fertilizer for Elymus dahuricus is 200g/m2,and the optimal dosage levels of artificial zeolite are 10g/kg and 20g/kg.The experiment draws the conclusion of the optimal dosage levels of biologic bacterial fertilizer and artificial zeolite for five plants,providing scientific evidence for plant cultivation in the mine of arid zone.
