Fast radio burst(FRB)is an astronomical phenomenon of radio radiation instan-taneous increment and only lasts for a few milliseconds, whose radiation flow up to 0.1-100Jy.Fast radio burst can be divided into two types in observations:repetitive FRB and non-repetitive FRB.Most of observed samples were non-repetitive,though two samples were repetitive type. The origin of the FRB and whether there exists different types with essential differences are still unknown. However,it is now widely accepted that FRB could be the origin of cosmology and is possibly associated with compact, stars based on the space distribution, the dispersion measure and Faraday rotation. This article first researches and collates the existing models of the origin of FRB,founding that most of models can be classified into two types according to the violent activities of compact objects which include the collapse and the interaction of binary star system of compact stars. These models can explain some observational features of the FRB more or less without a very detail analog computation and obser-vational fitting. In order to better understanding the observational properties of FRB and giving observational limits to these different models,we had a detailed statistical study on the radiation flux, dispersion measure(redshift)and energy distribution of FRB.Firstly,we collected the FRB samples observed by different telescopes such as Parkes,ASKAP and UTMOST,and discussed the cosmological origin of FRB according to their LogN-LogF relationship.Secondly,we calculated the redshift of the FRB samples, take into consideration the different sources of FRB dispersion,to getting the total energy and had the on corresponding k-correction in energy spec-trum.Corresponding to the active and the binary model of compact stars,we further assumed that the burst rate of FRB at different redshifts may be proportional to the star formation rate or having time delay effect in the rate of star merge.By combin-ing the estimation of the sensitivity of different telescopes, the redshift and energy distribution of FRB were made with model fitting and the compact star binary model which may be more conducive to interpreting FRB observations was be found. At the same time,we also gave a new estimate for the FRB all-sky event rate.
