Under the background of the establishment of civilized cities,PE pipeline engineering has become the focus of pipeline engineering,and its scale and benefits are increasing.Compared with other pipeline engineering,PE pipeline engineering,such as cement pipeline engineering,corrugated pipeline engineering,cast iron pipeline engineering,can greatly improve the pipeline level.If the quality of PE pipeline engineering can not be effectively controlled,it will endanger people's property safety,input and consumption of labor,materials and energy are quite large.Therefore,PE pipeline engineering quality management is very important.At present,the overall quality of PE pipeline project is good,the overall level has been improved year by year,major quality accidents have been controlled,and common quality diseases have been effectively treated.However,we must also see that there are still some problems in the construction of PE pipeline project.Especially the problem of land subsidence has almost become a common problem in the construction of PE pipeline and even the whole pipeline project.Firstly,through the literature review of pipeline engineering at home and abroad,and the preliminary combing of related quality problems,it is found that the quality of land subsidence caused by pipeline engineering construction is more prominent,while PE sewage pipeline as a major trend of sewage network can not bypass the quality of land subsidence.Secondly,according to the classification of the main working procedures of general pipeline construction,starting from the main working procedures,this paper sorted out the possible causes of land subsidence,and analyzed the causes of land subsidence caused by these processes.The main influencing factors including undisturbed soil type,groove depth,backfill type,pipe segment difference,recovery process,season and so on were sorted out.Then,combined with the actual case of PE pipeline project in Luxi Industrial Park,as well as the specific manifestation of the original soil type,groove depth,backfill type,pipe segment difference,recovery process,season and other factors inthe actual case.By using factor comparison method,the influence degree of each main influencing factor is evaluated,and the influence degree of each influencing factor is quantitatively calculated by difference method formula.The concrete influence degree of each influencing factor on land subsidence is compared,and the conclusion is drawn as follows: original soil type > backfill influence pipe section influence roadbed and pavement shadow seasonal influence groove depth.Finally,with the help of this ranking order of influence degree,we can deal with specific major factors in practical projects.In this way,under the premise of consuming less resources,the settlement degree can be guaranteed within the standard requirements.At the same time,this factor analysis method can be applied to the analysis of specific quality problems of other projects.
