The control problem of nonlinear systems has always been a hot research topic.With the development of science and technology,the trajectory of modern control objects is large,and most of the models are multi-variable and multi-stage,and people have higher and higher requirements for the accuracy of the system.For the control problem of this kind of nonlinear system,some non-linear control methods must be adopted,including linear feedback control,adaptive control,robust control,neural network control and so on.Adaptive control is produced in view of the uncertainty of the internal structure and parameters of the controlled system and the existence of external disturbances.On the basis of conventional control theory,according to certain methods and theories,through identifying the system,during the operation of the system,the relevant parameters of the system are corrected,so that the system can achieve the desired control results.The application of adaptive control in biological models can provide more reasonable and effective control methods for complex biological models with multi-parameters,multi-structures and multi-stages,and obtain many specific research results.In this thesis,the application of non-linear control theory in biological models is mainly studied.By comparing the application of control theory in different models,the application rules of control theory in biological models are obtained,and the uncertainties,time delays and stability of biological models are studied.Firstly,for a class of predator-prey model with time delay,in the existing singular predator-prey system model,we consider adding an external control to the model to achieve the role of the control system,and use the stability theory of singular system,through adaptive control theory,design the corresponding controller to prove the stability of the system under the action of external control.Then,for the anaerobic digestion model of biomass,by summarizing the reaction process of the system,the corresponding differential equation is given first.Then,the adaptive control theory is used to design the corresponding controller,and the model with uncertain parameters is analyzed to ensure the stability of the system under the action of the controller.
