China is one of the countries and regions that seriously affected by the typhoon disaster.The experience shows that timely and effective evacuation in advance is an important measure to ensure the safety of the crowds in response super typhoon.In order to reduce the regional evacuation completion time,this paper contraposes the key issue that vehicle routing problem in evacuation,conducts the following study:(1)Based on the background of super typhoon disasters,this paper discusses the necessity and significance of the research on the vehicle route planning methods for large-scale evacuation in response super typhoon and introduces the research status at home and abroad in this field.(2)Based on different objective functions,this paper classifies and describes four kinds of routing planning model,then analyzes their characteristics and determines their applicable scenarios.(3)First,we analyze the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of super typhoon disasters.Afterwards,the article proposes that the crowd evacuation vehicle path planning for the super typhoon disaster should directly minimize the evacuation completion time.Then we establish the evacuation road network model and simplify it with the Dijkstra algorithm.At the same time,we consider the evacuation and resettlement requirements of the evacuation points and resettlement points,and establish the vehicle path planning model.(4)In this section,the BRP function and the travel time reliability evaluation model is introduced to improve the vehicle routing planning model.Firstly,we establish the reliability evaluation model of travel time based on the BRP function,then redefine the path travel time reliability as the weighted average of the travel time reliability of each road segment;finally,establish the vehicle routing planning model based on the path travel time reliability.(5)The genetic algorithm based on matrix coding is designed to solve the model and numerical simulation analysis is carried out by computer.
