BIM technology has significant application value in building design,construction management and maintenance.Combined with lofting and deformation monitoring in engineering surveying,it can promote the automation of field data collection and the intellectualization of indoor data processing,as well as realize the original intention of the development of informationized surveying and mapping technology.This thesis takes Autodesk Revit as the research object,uses C # and Matlab as the programming environment,takes Revit API interface,Access database principle and support vector machine algorithm as the theoretical basis.Aiming at the implicit building spatial position information in BIM model,it studies the high-precision classification lofting based on more irregular point data,and the visualization of deformation monitoring data based on database by using the attribute information carried by model components,and establishes the gray support vector regression model with different time intervals.The specific research results are as follows:(1)On the platform of Revit,the multi-function point layout,coordinate system conversion and data transmission three-dimensional lofting plug-in are developed.By uploading the coordinate data of the BIM model to the surveying robot to realize automatic tracking and feeding back the actual measurement data to the model,the mutual mapping relationship between the BIM point information and the construction site can be deepened.(2)For the actual deformation monitoring results,the plug-in of deformation monitoring information visualization is compiled.By using Access database to store and transfer data structurally,the trend graph of monitoring data is generated in Revit,and the color display of monitoring points is changed by family parameters,so as to realize the visual expression of monitoring information in BIM model and the role of early warning.(3)UGM-SVR combination model is used to predict deformation monitoring data,and the parameter solving method of the two single models is optimized.By embedding the combination algorithm into the visualization plug-in of deformation monitoring,more reliable construction safety guarantee is provided.The results show that the deviation of the lofting plug-in is less than 2mm,the visual plug-in can display the monitoring data intuitively,and the relative error of UGM-SVR algorithm is generally controlled below 3.5%.
