The rapid development of laser technology has produced a wide range of laser products.and relevant laser optical systems are emerging in an endless stream.As a common laser receiving and receiving system,synchronized laser transmitting and receiving optical systems are widely used.Their related laser equipment covers important fields,such as space science,atmospheric environment,military and so on.With the expanding of the application field,the performance requirements of the system are higher and higher.According to the project requirements,this paper designs a transmission synchronous laser transmitting and receiving optical system,which is based on lightweight and miniaturization,can realizes the visible imaging receiving and focusing function of high power laser for target with different distance.Based on the current research status and practical requirements of the laser transceiver system,this paper analyzes the system structure design,and designs the system parameters by PW method and ZEMAX software,describes the image quality and laser focus spot size of the imaging system in detail,introduces the method and process of optical system alignment and detection finally.The system adopted the common-light path design of the transceiver system,and realized the requirements of imaging and laser focusing with five-piece transmission structure.The overall structure is simple,the aperture is small,and there is no obstruction.According to the principle of spectroscopy and rational use of correction plate,the target in the range of 300-2000 m can be imaged in the visible light band,and 1060 nm high power laser beam expanding and far-field focusing are carried out.Combined with the spot diagram and MTF curve and other indicators,the performance of the system was analyzed under different target distances,and the reasonable thermal analysis and tolerance analysis are carried out to study the performance and parameter changes of the system,which caused by temperature changes and errors,then the tolerance allocation was carried out.Finally,the plane auto collimation method was used to detect and computer-aided technology was used to complete the system adjustment.Finally the system design results show that,in(± 2 mrad)field of view,the MTF of the common-path system is 0.6@50lp/mm,which is close to the diffraction limit.The focusing spot size of the laser transmitting system varies from 11 mm to 78 mm.After adjustment,the actual system wavefront aberration RMS is 0.149 lambda and PV is 0.918 lambda(lambda=632.8nm).The image quality and resolution of the imaging receiving system meet the design requirements.
