As an important component of the water ecosystem, the microbial of lake sediment is not only an important ecological index to evaluate the health of the water ecosystem, but also of great significance in promoting the decomposition of organic matter, nutrients release and water quality improvement of sediment In addition, the microbial community structure will show a regular distribution in different ecological environments, and the difference of nitrogen and phosphorus distribution is the main reason for the change of microbial community structure. In this paper, the interaction between microbial community structure and nitrogen and phosphorus in sediments was studied, and the response of bacteria and archaea community structure to different forms of nitrogen and phosphorus was discussed. The research results show that:(1)The number of species in the bacterial community showed concave conic curve with nitrate nitrogen and nitrogenous nitrogen and single-peak curve with four different forms of phosphorus. The phylogenetic diversity of bacterial community showed concave conic curve with total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and nitrogenous nitrogen, and single peak curve with four different forms of phosphorus. The abundance of bacterial community showed concave conic curve with nitrate nitrogen and nitrogenous nitrogen, and single peak curve with four different forms of phosphorus. The uniformity of bacterial community showed a single peak curve with NaOH-P and a significant positive correlation with organic phosphorus.(2)The species number of archaea comnunity presented concave conic curve with total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and nitrogenous nitrogen, and was positively correlated with four different forms of phosphorus. The phylogenetic diversity of archaea community presented concave conic curve with total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and nitrogenous nitrogen, and was positively correlated with four different forms of phosphorus. The abundance of archaea community showed concave conic curve with total nitrogen, nitrogenous nitrogen and nitrogenous nitrogen, positive correlation with ammonia nitrogen and positive correlation with phosphorus of four different forms. The uniformity of archaea comnunity was conic curve of concave surface by total nitrogen, nitrous nitrogen and nitrous nitrogen, which was positively correlated with phosphorus of four different forms.(3)Different forms of nitrogen in sediments were affected by bacteria and archaea species at different levels of classification,in which total nitrogen was positively correlated with 27 bacteria and 2 archaea species. It was negatively correlated with 21 species of bacteria and 18 species of archaea.Ammonia nitrogen was positively correlated with 29 bacteria and 14 archaea. It was negatively correlated with 12 kinds of bacteria and 2 kinds of archaea.Nitrate nitrogen was positively correlated with 42 bacteria and 34 archaea. There was a significant negative correlation with 57 species of bacteria and 29 species of archaea. There was a significant positive correlation between nitroso and 52 bacteria ard 36 archaea. It was negatively correlated with 73 species of bacteria and 29 species of archaea.(4)Different forms of phosphorus in sediments were affected by bacteria and archaea species at different levels of classification,in which Total phosphorus was positively correlated with 59 bacteria and 24 archaea species. There was a significant negative correlation with 49 kinds of bacteria and 20 kinds of archaea.NaOH-P was positively correlated with 40 bacteria and 16 archaea. There was a significant negative correlation with 42 kinds of bacteria and 17 kinds of archaea.HC1-P was positively correlated with 31 bacteria and 5 archaea. There was a significant negative correlation with 32 kinds of bacteria and 8 kinds of archaea.Organic phosphorus was positively correlated with 50 bacteria and 16 archaea. There was a significant negative correlation with 22 bacteria and 14 archaea. In this paper, the effects of different forms of nitrogen and phosphorus on bacteria and archaea community structure in lake sediments were analyzed. It provides theoretical basis for the optimization of microbial community structure, the adjustment of community function and the development of specific functional microflora, and has guiding significance for the evaluation of lake ecosystem health and the effective treatment of lake eutrophication.
