Research on capacity allocation of rational integrated energy system in planning period and energy dispatch in operation period is the basis of realizing full complementarity and efficient utilization of multi-energy.Under the market-oriented conditions of energy system, there may be multiple investment entities or residents participating in the planning and operation decision-making of energy market. The goal of overall optimization of the system may conflict with the best benefits of each investors.Based on the analysis of the behavioral strategies of multi-investors in different periods, this paper constructs several game models, which provide references for the investors through Nash equilibrium of the game.It mainly includes the capacity allocation game of equipment investors in planning period, the planned output game in operation period and the demand response game of user participation.A non-cooperative game model and a sequence game are established to provide reference for the conflict decision-makings of investors of wind, photovoltaic, storage and CCHP(combined cooling heating and power)system under the simultaneous investment mode and the preemption investment mode respectively. Then, considering the uncertainties of the renewable power generation,an energy management strategy of integrated energy system based on the planned output of renewable energy is designed. The weather condition is regarded as a virtual participant of the game, then the dispatch game is established by a master-slave game.Considering the optimization of capacity allocation in the planning period and energy management in the operation period,a two-layer game model of wind, light, storage and CCHP system is established. The inner layer of the model is conducted to guide the planned output of renewable power generation by a master-slave game. The outer layer of the model is established by a non-cooperative game and a sequence game based on wind-photovoltaic alliance to optimize the capacity allocation.Considering the comfort of the users in the integrated energy system on load regulation, the translatable load and transferable load, which are suitable for the regulation, are selected to participate in demand response.A three-stage sequence game model of demand response is established,in which system energy managers, users and equipment investors participate.
