The system of the axially moving band under the action of fluid medium is also widely used in engineering equipment.The flexible structure of the moving band makes it easy to produce transverse vibration when the system is stimulated by the external environment.The effect of fluid medium will aggravate the transverse vibration of the axially moving band and seriously affect its stability and accuracy of the system,then the application of the axially moving band was influenced.Therefore,the system of the vibration control needs to make a research to the coupling mechanism between the fluid medium and the moving band.This paper mainly studies the modeling and calculation of transverse vibration of the axial moving band under the action of fluid medium.In this paper,the system of the axially moving band under the action of fluid medium is taken as the research object.Firstly,the model of the axially moving band system is simplified and the complex and changeable fluid in practical application is appropriately simplified,and the free vibration mechanics model of the moving band system was established.Secondly,the partial differential equation of motion is established based on the Hamilton's variational principle and the boundary layer theory.The dynamic equation of motion of the finite element method is established based on the Lagrange equation and the shape function.The problem of the complex fluid-solid coupling between the fluid medium and the axially moving band is expressed by the simple mathematical equations.Then,the transverse vibration of the moving band is solved by the Newmark-Beta method.The displacement responses curve of the different transverse free vibration of the axially moving band under the fluid medium and the vacuum environment is numerically simulated by the Matlab.The coupling of the fluid medium to the transverse free vibration of the axially moving band is studied.Finally,the influence of the fluid medium to the natural frequency of transverse vibration of the axially moving band is analyzed.It is found that the influence of the fluid medium reduces the natural frequency of the axially moving band.
