As time goes on,it has been nearly ten years since the Second National Land Survey carried out,and what followed is the issuance of the Third National Land Survey documents.Compared with the Second National Land Survey,the Third National Land Survey requires more precise and meticulous,and it is more detailed than the second survey and the annual land change survey,more completely update of content changes and more specific supplementary content.In order to utilize network resources more efficiently,people have developed mobile terminal technologies and achieved technological breakthroughs in core areas such as processing,storage,and computing.They also have auxiliary functions such as camera,positioning,and touch screen,plus an open software platform and The support of the intelligent operating system,which gives the mobile terminal a good comprehensive application performance.Mobile phone is undoubtedly the most important intelligent terminal.It not only provides basic functions such as SMS and call for people's life,but also implements application functions such as location awareness,background processing,persistent storage,energy saving control,interface selection,energy monitoring and network scanning.With the popularity of mobile terminals,people's life,work,and learning have become more convenient,colorful,and colorful.This paper aims to use the mobile terminal design and implementation of the national land survey system to explore new land survey technology in the Internet era,so as to grasp the land resource utilization status in real time,improve the accuracy and efficiency of the land survey work,and at the same time,the land monitoring,investigation and statistical system.The revision work provides basic data to enable information technology to serve substantive work.The main contents of this research include:We should obtain high-score images and Google images of the same location at different times.After a series of image processing,the Digital Orthophoto Image is obtained.Then we can extract the patches that have changed in two periods,code them,and wait for the next step.The land survey system studied in this paper is mainly based on Android operating system,which is more convenient to operate and easier to use.The design of the system mainly includes the research of data import module,Bluetooth module design,GPS position perception module design,drawing point,line and surface vector graphics and assigning attributes to them.The functions of design,photo module design and data preservation and export are also discussed.The main purpose of the design of the operating system is to serve the land survey in all aspects,so that this work can be more simple and convenient in the rapid development of the Internet today,greatly improve work efficiency,fully meet the needs of the work.The Second National Land Survey and Annual Change Survey database and the Digital Orthophoto Maps obtained are combined.The Digital Orthophoto Maps are compared with the national land survey database.Then the inconsistent patches are extracted and cut.The cut patches are imported into the developed Android client and used.Clients need to edit directly(point,line,surface and other vector graphics drawing and necessary text description)where the digital orthophoto map changes,save the drawn vector data,field forensic photos and change the text description,and finally ensure that Contents stored are exported in a uniform format.Furthermore,the land survey system based on mobile terminal is realized.
