Cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence are the main trend of information system construction today.Traditional C/S,B/S architecture have become difficult to meet the requirements,but cloud computing is a new way to solve those problem.This paper mainly concerns about the field of Land and Resources in Guangxi.Based on Guangxi Cloud of Land and Resources(GXCLR)and cloud GIS technology,this paper mainly studies on the design and implementation of Guangxi Land Use Supervision Platform(GXLUSP).The purpose of this paper is to: 1)study the construction scheme and related technologies of GXLUSP under cloud GIS environment in detail.Taking the study as an application case of cloud GIS technology using in the field of Land and Resource that can provide a reference case;2)improve the land use supervision business level of opening and sharing and informatizaton;3)study and summarize the feasible technology scheme of deploying cloud GIS platform in private cloud environment.For all reasons above,this paper firstly studies and analyzes the current research of informatizaton,cloud computing,cloud GIS and GXLUSP.Secondly,it studies the basic theories that support the GXLUSP,such as cloud computing,cloud GIS and software engineering.Thirdly,it goes to study on the main process of deploying GXCLR and cloud GIS.Fourthly,the key technologies such as WebGIS,ArcGIS API for Javascript,ect.are deeply studied.Finally,it studies on the key technologies used in the design and implementation of the LUSP.The research fruit of this paper are as follows:1)Based on a large number of relative researches,this paper designs the and implements GXLUSP using cloud GIS technology.It is proved that the design scheme is feasible and the GXLUSP can meet the business needs of land use department.2)Based on related research,a method is improved which can load small-scale vector data in the form of TXT and SHAPEFILE faster than traditional one at response speed.At the same time,this method can make full use of the hardware resources of the client-edge.3)A spatial analysis website based on "Python for Flask & Arcpy" technology is designed and implemented.The design scheme is light and flexible which can be quickly built and cloned.And it is suitable for the application scene of small visits like this paper.
