| In the new era,the basic functions of the products are not enough to meet the needs of consumers.The pleasant and comfortable use experience is the focus of users.In order to gain public recognition in the fierce market competition,the products must satisfy the users to the greatest extent.Demand.In the entire design process of the product,by observing user behavior,analyzing the meaning behind user behavior is a direct way to obtain user needs.The ergonomic analysis of the product according to the user’s needs can reasonably express the user’s needs into the product.Therefore,from the perspective of user behavior analysis,the designer applies ergonomic analysis to the whole process of product use,which can provide a favorable reference for human-machine optimization of products.Based on the above understanding,this paper first establishes a certain product as a specific research object,observes the whole process of the user’s use of the product,and introduces the demand behind the user’s use of the product behavior by introducing the SAPAD framework model.The core of the SAPAD framework model is to introduce the third dimension "meaning of user behavior" in the two dimensions of user behavior and product in the process of user and product interaction.By introducing the "meaning" dimension,the meaning behind the user behavior is concentrated in the physical layer,the experience layer,the language layer,the semantic layer,the pragmatic layer and the social layer,and then mapped to the product through meaning.Therefore,regardless of the structure and function of the product itself,or the behavioral meaning and personal feelings in the process of user-product interaction,it will be directly mapped to the object based on the SAPAD framework,which can be directly coupled with the functional end of the product ergonomics to provide The need for ergonomic analysis of products.An experimental simulation model is established based on the key components corresponding to the requirements hierarchy under the SAPAD framework.Using the ergonomics simulation software JACK to carry out virtual simulation analysis,the relevant parameters such as human reachable domain,visual domain and fatigue degree in the user’s operation process under the normal use product situation are obtained,and the product use process is obtained through simulation data analysis.The unreasonable factors in the product provide a reference for the ergonomic analysis of the product.Combining user requirements and related simulation parameters,the ergonomics analysis is carried out from the three layers of linguistic layer,experience layer and semantic layer,and finally the product design parameters are obtained to guide the design practice.According to the relevant design parameters,the design sketches were proposed for the sketches and drafts of the products.Based on the excellent product evaluation system at home and abroad,the design evaluation standard of hand-held head massager was established.According to the user’s demand attribute weight factor and user semantic satisfaction analysis,the optimized product and existing products were compared and evaluated..The results show that compared with the existing hand-held head massager,the user experience of the new massager has been improved. |
