With the changes in steel production technology and the impact of social and economic development,enterprises have higher and higher requirements for the reliability of steel smelting systems,and the reliability research of steel smelting systems has received more and more attention.In this paper,the metallurgical system has the characteristics of polymorphism and multi-stage,and the reliability of the blast furnace ironmaking system is deeply studied.The research content mainly includes the following two aspects:(1)Reliability analysis of blast furnace ironmaking polymorphic system based on MDDAiming at the characteristics of polymorphism of components in blast furnace smelting system,a reliability modeling method of blast furnace ironmaking system based on MDD is proposed.Firstly,the component level MDD is established for the components of the blast furnace ironmaking system,and then the MDD of the entire smelting system is established by the series and parallel relationship between the components(loading car,blast furnace hot blast furnace and pulverized coal blowing system),and the full probability calculation formula is utilized.Combined with MDD,the reliability of the smelting system in each state is given.Using the conditional probability calculation formula,the conditional probability of the components of the blast furnace ironmaking system is given.The correctness and high efficiency of the proposed method are verified by the analysis of the blast furnace ironmaking system.(2)Reliability analysis of multi-stage mission system for iron and steel smelting based on MDDAiming at the polymorphic and multi-stage characteristics of the iron and steel smelting system,a reliability analysis model of iron and steel smelting PMS considering IPC was established.Firstly,according to the polymorphism of the components of the iron and steel smelting system,the component-level MDD is established.Secondly,the logic relationship between the components is used.The reliability of the block diagram is used to establish the MDD of the whole steel smelting system.Then,the related literature is used to study the IPC in the two-state system.The separation idea proposed at the time is to simplify the steel smelting PMS in IPC to a polymorphic and multi-stage task system without considering IPC,and to give the reliability of steel smelting PMS considering the existence of IPC and not considering the existence of IPC.Finally,the correctness and high efficiency of the proposed method are verified by analyzing the steel smelting system.
