Food security strategy has always been one of the important national strategies.Henan Province,as a major food province,plays a vital role in ensuring national food security.In recent years,the.dual constraints of resources and environment has made it become an urgent and important issue to realize the sustainable food growth.In 2015,the Ministry of Agriculture issued the Opinions on Developing Public Relations of Green Grain Yield Increase Model,which elaborated on the urgency,objectives and tasks of green grain yield increase.Green grain production increase has become the key point of balancing resources,environment and economy in grain production process,and is also the only way to achieve sustainable grain economy.Green Total Factor Productivity(GTFP)plays an important role in improving grain production,promoting the transformation of grain production mode and achieving green grain production.This paper expounds and evaluates the social and economic environment and natural environment of grain production in Henan Province,such as the overall development of agriculture,agricultural technology and equipment,urbanization,financial support,agricultural insurance and the development degree of the main body of new agriculture.It divides the change of grain production in Henan Province from 1978 to 2016 into five stages,and at the same time,qualitative analysis was made on the input factors of grain production in Henan Province from six aspects:the mechanization level of grain production,the area of grain sowing,the amount of fertilizer applied in grain production,the amount of pesticides used in grain production,the input of labor force in grain production and the amount of diesel oil used in grain production.Based on the panel data from 2004 to 2016,this paper incorporates carbon emissions as an unexpected output into the index system,uses the SBM-ML index model to measure the grain GTFP in Henan Province,and analyses its evolution law from two dimensions of time and space.Secondly,through exploratory spatial data analysis method,the binary spatial correlation between grain GTFP and grain output in Henan Province was analyzed.Finally,the grain TFP of Henan Province is calculated by DEA-Malmquist index model,and the difference between the calculated results and the grain GTFP of Henan Province is compared.The results show that from the perspective of time evolution,the driving factors of grain GTFP in Henan Province have gone through the process of changing from technological progress to technological efficiency and then to technological progress and technological efficiency;from the perspective of spatial evolution,there are obvious differences in grain GTFP in 18 cities of Henan Province,and the dualistic global spatial autocorrelation between grain GTFP and grain output in Henan Province is roughly"N".From the perspective of regional division,northern Henan is the main driving force of grain GTFP growth in Henan Province,which belongs to intensive grain production mode.The production mode in eastern and Western Henan is relatively extensive,and the input and use efficiency of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is low.In this paper,Tobit model was used to analyze 6 endogenous factors such as pesticide use and 10 exogenous factors such as economic development level.The results show that five factors,such as grain production machinery labor force have significant positive or negative effects on GTFP in Henan Province;three factors,such as the amount of diesel oil used in grain production,have significant negative effects on technical progress;and four factors,such as financial input,have significant positive or negative effects on technical efficiency.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the GTFP of grain in Henan Province and promote the green grain production in Henan Province from the following aspects:changing the development model,exploring the way of increasing grain production;giving full play to the two-wheel driving role of technological progress and technological efficiency according to local conditions;and constantly promoting the balanced development of green total factor productivity of grain and grain output in Henan Province.But at the same time,this paper also has some limitations,such as lack of micro-survey data analysis,which will be the next research direction.
