Because of the large number of sewage treatment facilities,the scattered location and the lack of modern management means,the operational and maintenance problems of existing facilities such as sewage treatment plants and sewerage networks and their adjacent facilities are becoming increasingly prominent.In order to better apply and manage rural sewage treatment facilities and meet the urgent needs of rural water environment management,it is necessary to establish a digital rural sewage geographic information system.The system can effectively improve the efficiency of sewage plant management and the utilization of sewage pipe network.The county rural sewage geographic information system uses geographic information technology and computer graphics to digitize the storage and management of sewage treatment facilities,and to manage the equipment of sewage treatment plants,effectively combining water quality purification,geo-spatial information of sewerage network and its ancillary facilities with related attribute information.According to the needs of users,the data needed in the process of sewage treatment can be displayed to users in a graphic and textual manner to meet the needs of government departments to fully control the operation and maintenance management of sewage treatment facilities.The problems such as slow updating of basic data and fuzzy expression caused by paper record of monitoring data are solved.This system adopts WebGIS technology combined with.Net development platform,and uses MVC pattern to design and implement.The Bootstrap framework is used to optimize the display of the Interface in the Front-end display,backstage uses ORM frame to provide the mapping relation between persistent class and database table,conveniently completing the migration of the database.The functional design of the system is based on the visual analysis of GIS,and the real-time operation and supervision of sewage treatment facilities management and sewage purification process is carried out,the 3D engine of Cesium is used to visualize the display of the Web terminal of the sewage pipe network.The System is mainly divided into the following modules:Water quality parameters monitoring module,mainly real-time monitoring sewage treatment process,whether the parameters conform to the sewage purification index,playing the role of monitoring and early warning;Equipment operation and maintenance module,it mainly carries on the fault detection and the attribute information maintenance to the sewage treatment facility;Statistical analysis module,the quality information of different sewage treatment plants are analyzed vertically and horizontally,to provide data on improvement of sewage treatment process;and the 3D pipe network visualization module,using virtual reality technology to visualize the web terminal of the sewage pipe network,making up for the problem of missing information in the third direction of the pipe network.
