| With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous advancement of science and technology,the complex systems involved in human beings are increasing,and the complex systems and complexity sciences are considered to be the forefront of scientific development in the 21 st century.Therefore,the research of complex systems and complexity science has become the frontier and hotspot of competing research in various disciplines.Behavioral safety management systems and group safety awareness emerged as research objects of complex systems,and they have also received widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,using Lennard-Jones potential energy function,structural equations,cellular automata,graph theory.The system modeling and analysis are carried out respectively,and the mechanism and inherent laws of human behavior management and safety awareness are studied.The rational management of human behavior management can provide a strong guarantee for the safe production of enterprises.For behavioral safety management systems.Based on the potential function and self-organizing process of the Lennard-Jones potential energy function,this paper uses the distance relationship model to construct an irregular dynamic complex network.In the initial state of random distribution of individuals,this paper analyzes the complex cooperative behavior exhibited by the topology and dynamics of complex networks over time during dynamic evolution.Applying the game theory on complex networks,which explains various forms emerging in complex networks,and the cooperative forms are classified and analyzed.The simulation results show that the ratio of the number of topological interconnections to the number of groups is within a certain range,which can effectively promote the generation of group cooperation forms,thereby maximizing the overall benefits.The behavior of grouping in the group is related to the initial position,population size,and number of topological interconnections,and it has instability and strong randomness.By studying the dynamics of complex networks,we can not only better understand the complex dynamic phenomena presented by real networks,but also establish models that more realistically reflect the characteristics of real-world networks.Targeted by group safety awareness.In order to enhance the security atmosphere of enterprises and improve the overall safety awareness of employees,the experimental simulation is used to find effective and reasonable safety behavior management measures.Firstly,according to the strength of employees’ safety awareness,employees are divided into two heterogeneous groups.Simulation of the safety of employees based on the hexagonal cellular automaton model Knowledge,secondly,then set the local interaction rules between employees,observe the emergence of employees’ safety awareness in the natural state,analyze the emerging results to find important factors that affect the emergence of individual employee safety awareness.Finally,two kinds of behavior management measures such as safety training and disciplinary action are proposed.The simulation results show that,under ideal conditions,the employee group safety assessment value will appear to meet the standard and non-compliance criteria;employees with weak security awareness have an important impact on group safety awareness;after applying management measures,the group safety awareness compliance rate and average value have been effectively improved,and the compliance rate and average value of group safety awareness are more obvious under safety education.Effective safety management measures,good communication and cooperation activities are not only an important guarantee for the development of enterprises,but also increase the security atmosphere of enterprises,which is the basis of enterprise security.On the basis of achieving good cooperative behavior within the enterprise,this paper empirically analyzes the complexity of behavioral safety management and group safety awareness by designing questionnaires and using the real and effective data in the questionnaire.The problems in the questionnaire survey were used as the organizational factors affecting the safe production of enterprises.The SPSS19.0 software was used to process the questionnaire data distributed in the enterprise,and the credibility of the questionnaire data was obtained.The SEM model of structural equations was established by LISREL software.The principal component factor analysis method was used to further analyze the impact of employee safety literacy,employee internal factors,enterprise management factors and external environmental factors on the safety production of enterprises.The questionnaire data is divided into two parts: manager and employee.The influence of observed variables on the safety production of enterprises is analyzed from different levels.Through the analysis of the road map,a deeper understanding of the differences in safety perception between employees and managers.For enterprise managers,they should increase investment in enterprise safety production and strengthen the training of enterprise safety production.For ordinary employees,it is crucial to be familiar with the rules and regulations of safe production. |
