With the development of radio frequency wireless communication technology,more and more high frequency demand has become a new research trend.The CMOS process is becoming smaller and smaller,and the cutoff frequency is higher and higher,providing a possibility for the study of the terahertz frequency band.Comparing with the traditional 5G radio frequency band,terahertz band has more advantages and wide r application prospect.The wireless communication system is the basic component of these applications,so the research on the wireless communication system of terahertz frequency band is getting more and more attention.The work of this paper is mainly focused on the low noise amplifier,voltage control oscillator and other c ircuit structures and related enhancement performance technology research in terahertz wireless communication system.Firstly,this paper firstly introduces the characteristics of terahertz technology and its application in many fields,and then introduces the application and research status of terahertz frequency band in communication system.Second,the thesis of low noise amplifier in the second chapter research difficulties and research status both at home and abroad to do the whole overview,the technique of differential coupled line,and the technology was applied to the amplifier single-ended and capacitive feedback structure and matching network structure,in order to promote the performance of the amplifier.The detailed design method and design proc ess of 150 GHz amplifier are introduced.The overall iterative design method of amplifier,circuit diagram and layout of amplifier are given.This chapter also gives the design of the amplifier of the simulation results,and has made the analysis and the resu lt of the simulation shows that will work with the current international this article compares the existing work,illustrates the advantages of this design.The chip test results of this design are given and the differences between test results and simulation results are analyzed and explained.Finally,the paper in the third chapter introduces the research status quo of terahertz source,this paper proposes a reuse technology based on circular antenna terahertz source design method,the paper introduces the design of the inductive loop antenna reuse method and relevant parameters.A 100 GHz voltage controlled oscillator based on buffer load is designed for the problem of low tuning range.After introducing the specific design method and design process of the voltage controlled oscillator,the circuit diagram and layout are drawn.This chapter also gives the design of the vco simulation results,and has made the analysis and the result of the simulation shows that will work with the current international this article compares the existing work,illustrates the advantages of this design.
