Laser technology is widely used in various industries in modern manufacturing,and has replaced some of the traditional processing techniques in many processes.However,the quality of the products produced by laser cladding remanufacturing technology needs to be guaranteed,that is,the surface quality of the parts after laser cladding remanufacturing is evaluated.In this paper,aiming at exploring the surface quality inspection technology of parts after laser cladding and evaluating the surface quality of parts after cladding,the combination of theoretical research and experiment is adopted,and the active thermal excitation infrared thermal imaging non-destructive testing technology is combined with MATLAB image processing algorithm.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the surface defects of the specimen after laser cladding is realized.Finally,the surface quality evaluation system of the product after laser cladding is established.And develop related application software to realize the surface quality evaluation of parts after laser cladding based on infrared non-destructive testing.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Theoretically,the basic laws of infrared heat wave,theoretical and infrared non-destructive testing systems and principles are analyzed.The principle of infrared nondestructive testing defect size and infrared nondestructive testing defect depth is explored,And related experiments on infrared nondestructive testing of specimens after laser cladding were designed.(2)The method of image processing based on infrared non-destructive testing is studied from the following aspects.Firstly,the image preprocessing is analyzed from image transformation and cropping.Then the traditional infrared image enhancement algorithm and wavelet transform based The image enhancement algorithm is analyzed and compared.The traditional infrared image segmentation algorithm and the simplified PCNN image segmentation algorithm are analyzed and compared.Finally,the target feature extraction is analyzed from three aspects: target area extraction,target coordinate information and targettemperature information.(3)Based on infrared non-destructive testing,the materials after laser cladding were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed from four aspects: defect type,surface flatness,defect area and defect depth.(4)By establishing the evaluation index of the test piece after laser cladding,establishing the evaluation standard,and applying the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation method to establish the weight,the surface quality evaluation system of the test piece after laser cladding is established;The application software for the surface quality evaluation system of infrared non-destructive testing was developed.The infrared heat map of the laser-clad test piece was introduced into the system for analysis,and the corresponding test results were obtained to realize its practical application value.
