As a key carrier of fresh agricultural products circulation,fresh physical retail stores are responsible for the circulation of fresh agricultural products and the daily consumption of residents.However,with the development of the market,the competition for fresh physical retailing is more intense,and the store There is still a lack of cooperation,resulting in a number of problems: increased competition,selfsponsored construction driven by profit-seeking,resulting in oversupply;lack of cooperation between stores,constantly vying for consumer flow,resulting in weakened control over consumer flows;The chaos of physical retail competition and cooperation has made it difficult for operators to maximize profits.To this end,this paper takes the competition and cooperation of fresh entity retail as the starting point,carries out detailed analysis and research,based on this,provides reference and reference for the actual construction of a reasonable fresh entity retail network.The competition and cooperation relationship between fresh and physical retail stores is based on the spread of their own competitiveness,and the formation of consumers’ attraction.This process is consistent with the spread of viruses in the crowd,and the competition and cooperation of multiple physical retail stores are similar.The spread of the virus in the population and mutual immunization,so this article uses the infectious disease model for research.Based on the traditional SIS infectious disease model,a variety of competitive factors were introduced to construct a competitive retail infectious disease model based on competing sex,and two examples were used to simulate the impact of dynamic changes in the competitive relationship on consumer appeal.And put forward relevant suggestions for the construction of fresh retail network.The results show that(1)independent fresh retail stores are not attractive enough for intra-regional traffic;(2)the increased attractiveness of the weaker side leads to increased competition within the retail group,which is conducive to increasing the viscosity of regional traffic.Attracting more consumers;(3)Relative to the competition,the internal cooperation of the fresh retail group can attract more consumers.Therefore,when constructing a fresh retail network,firstly,according to each competitive factor,the attractiveness of fresh retail is reasonably evaluated.Secondly,the competition between fresh retail stores in the region is dynamically adjusted to promote the symbiosis of fresh retail stores in the region.Third,focus on improving the attractiveness of the weaker side of the retail group.Finally,coordinate the competition and cooperation of fresh retail stores in the region to build a fresh retail network with a virtuous competition and reasonable distribution.
