Neutrinos are the most basic particles in the universe.The study of neutrinos is conducive to the exploration of the mysteries of the universe,which is of great significance to the development of human physics.At present,the Daya Bay Neutrino Laboratory Station has been set up to measure neutrinos in China,and the mixing angle ?13 of neutrinos can be accurately measured by the core component "detector".In order to ensure the safety of the experimental process and the accuracy of the experimental results,the experimental station has strict environmental r equirements.It needs several monitoring systems to monitor the experimental station,such as gas monitoring system,water monitoring system and white oil monitoring system.These monitoring systems need to collect industrial signals such as tem perature,vibration and current,so it is necessary to develop an industrial signal data acquisition system to measure and collect these industrial signals and transmit them to the host machine of the experimental station in real time.Therefore,the design and imple mentation of industrial signal data acquisition system for Daya Bay Neutrino Experimental Station is of great significance and application value.At the first,according to the performance index of the system and the on-site environment of the experimental station,the overall framework of the industrial signal data acquisition system of the Daya Bay neutrino experimental station is designed.The system is divided into two parts: the data acquisition module and the communication module.I am mainly responsible for the design and implementation of the data acquisition module.Then,sensors and key components are selected for the data acquisition module,and the system software design plan is introduced.Finally,according to the overall design framework of th e system and the selected devices,the hardware design and software programming of the data acquisition module are carried out.Finally,according to the overall design framework of the system and the selected devices,the hardware design and software prog ramming of the data acquisition module are carried out.Among them,the data acquisition module refers to the front-end field signal acquisition units,the specific acquisition units are as follows:Firstly,a temperature signal acquisition unit based on PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor is developed for temperature signal acquisition.With CPLD as the core processor,a 24-bit high precision ADS1248 chip for temperature measurement is selected.In the aspect of hardware,the resistance measuremen t circuit of three-wire connection method is adopted to eliminate the error caused by the resistance value of long wire.In the aspect of data processing algorithm,the least square method is adopted to carry out nonlinear correction of the resistance valu e and temperature of PT100.The test results show that the maximum temperature error is ±0.08 ? the resolution is ±0.01?,and the measurable range is 0??+50?,which is satisfied by the system performance index.Secondly,a vibration signal acquisition unit based on ICP acceleration sensor is developed for vibration signal acquisition.With CPLD as the core processor,the 16-bit analog to digital conversion chip MAX11168 is selected.In terms of hardware,a three-terminal adjustable constant current source is designed to provide an excitation source for the sensor,and a signal conditioning circuit i s designed to eliminate the interference of irrelevant signals.The test results show that the vibration signal acquisition unit can accurately collect the change of vibration signal and can be used in the industrial signal data acquisition system of daya bay experimental station.Thirdly,a 4-channel 0?100m A current signal acquisition unit is developed for current signal acquisition.With CPLD as the core processor,the 16-bit analog to digital conversion chip MAX11168 is selected.In the aspect of hardwar e,the interface connecting to other sensors is reserved,which is suitable for the sensor output 0?100m A current.In the aspect of data processing algorithm,the least square method is adopted for fitting and correcting the collected current value.The te st results show that the current error is less than 0.1%FS,which is better than the system performance index.After long-term testing and operation,the data acquisition system of Daya Bay neutrino industrial signal has been debugged and installed on the site of the neutrino experimental station.Now it has been running normally in the Daya Bay neutrino experimental station,which has achieved the desired effect of design and has good application value.
