| As the market environment becomes more volatile,individualized demand increases,and more companies use multi-variety,medium and small batch production models.At the same time,with the rapid rise of human resource costs and raw material costs,the manufacturing industry has accelerated the pace of industrial upgrading.Many companies are transforming towards intelligent manufacturing and flexible manufacturing,and intelligent manufacturing equipment(including machine tools and robots)has been used to a greater extent to achieve.To achieve the company’s flexible,less humanized manufacturing goals.However,due to the complexity of some assembly operations in manufacturing,some manual assembly operations will also exist for a long time.Therefore,the future man-machine hybrid production system will be the mainstream production mode of the enterprise.But,the hybrid production system model has certain challenges for employees.In this mode,employees need to complete multiple machine operations,multiple robot operations in a short period of time,and even need to deal with tasks that can only be assembled by hands.Therefore,under the new manufacturing development situation,the research on the human factors of employees in the new environment both has the theoretical significance and practical significance.With the development of neuroergonomics technology,using EEG and NIRS to study the behavioral and physiological performance of hybrid production system production assembly line employees in multitasking from the perspective of neuro-human factors.Through the task design based on complexity and similarity,the task switching experiment research is carried out,the behavioral performance indicators and the changes of EEG indicators and their differences were analyzed.The influence of task switching type on participants is explored,and the priority selection scheme of task switching is proposed.On the basis of the task switching experiment research,further expansion,using two simulated manual assembly tasks and industrial robot operation tasks,machine tools operation tasks combined multitasking experimental mode,recording the behavioral and physiological data of participants through physiological measurement equipment and NASA-TLX scale.Carry out multitask processing experimental research on production assembly line of mixed production system.Based on two experimental researches,the management application of task switching experiment results is explored,and the results of multitask experimental research are discussed and managed.The results of two experimental studies are combined to reduce the mental workload of employees.From the perspective,seven criteria for improving the assembly line are proposed.The unit production assembly line after modeling and typical after actual enterprise research has been improved and optimized.By analyzing the unit production assembly line solutions which were improved before and after,the results show that while maintaining the high efficiency of the original unit production assembly line,the new solution effectively reduces the mental workload of employees during work. |
