Research On Subject Characteristics And Interaction Behavior Of Users In Healthy Academic Community

[Objective] The interactive behavior of users' posting/replying and user posting themes in the health academic community was analyzed to obtain the distribution of features of users' posting themes,and to clarify the differences of characteristics of different diseases users' exchanged themes.Based on the interactive communication behavior between user posts and replies,the characteristics of user communication behavior in the community will be excavated,the flow direction of information dissemination among users will be analyzed,and the user characteristics,elements and patterns of communication behavior will be refined.[Methods] Using literature analysis method to obtain the development status,research topics and research methods of academic virtual community,to provide theoretical support and guidance for this study.Refining the main expressions of user posting content by content analysis method,and further decomposition,analysis and classification were carried out to form coding framework and structure.Descriptive statistics and chi-square test were used to analyze the data results,and to verify whether there were differences in thematic characteristics of different disease communication information.The social network analysis method was used to calculate the density,subgroup and centrality of the user communication matrix,the user co-discount matrix and the co-occurrence matrix among the subject categories of communication content.[Results] The overall situation of health academic community was analyzed.There were core posting users,core posting users and evaluated core users in the community.This article reflects the user's posting theme from five aspects: the role of the poster,the role of the posting object,the purpose of posting,the behavior characteristics and the information characteristics.The role of the poster and the object of the posting is mainly professionals,the purpose and behavior of the posting are mainly information sharing,the content of the posting contains the most topics of "treatment",and the themes of the users in different disease forum areas are mostly different.The data show that there are many interactive behavior modes and user groups among users.[Conclusions] According to the differences among the number of Posts,replies received and the users evaluated,the users were divided into nine types: leader user,shared user,active user,interference user,elite user,popular user,responder,participant,diving user.User identity background,communication motivation,the information of exchange and interaction will have an impact on user knowledge exchange.Based on the analysis of three basic elements of user communication in health academic virtual community: communication subject,communication elements and communication content/mode,a user information exchange model of health academic virtual community was constructed.Several interaction modes existing in the health academic virtual community were extracted,including individual-individual interaction mode,individual-group interaction mode,group-individual interaction mode and bridge interaction mode,and those interaction modes were discussed.
