The shortage of water resources has become one of the most important issues that restrict the development of modern economy.With the rapid and sustained development of China's economy,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has become increasingly serious.As a large agricultural country,China has been advocating the development of water-saving agriculture.In agricultural irrigation,the most serious part of water resource loss is the transportation process.In order to reduce the waste of water resources during transportation,lining channels are generally adopted.To reduce water loss.The coastal irrigation area in Liaoning Province is located in the coastal area,and there will be more serious frost heaving damage in winter.The main reason is that most of the lining channels do not take into account the frost heaving of the canal and the concrete lining when the construction design is carried out.The law of interaction between them causes serious damage to the lining.Therefore,in order to effectively prevent the frost heaving damage of the concrete lining channel,the stress of the concrete lining channel under the action of frost heaving force and the law of frost heaving damage should be studied,so that the corresponding effective engineering measures can be used for protection.In order to provide an effective anti-freeze design,the following research is done:(1)Review a large number of relevant journal articles on frost heaving damage of lining channels,summarize the current status of frost heaving research at home and abroad,analyze the mechanism of frost heaving damage of concrete lining channels in the cold northern regions and the causes and characteristics of frost heaving damage,so that The mechanical model establishment and finite element analysis calculation of the lining channel are carried out.(2)According to the specific structural form of the frost heave experiment of concrete lining channel in the coastal irrigation area of Liaoning Province,the corresponding mechanical model is established by reasonable simplification.Through the application of the basic discipline of mechanics,the mechanical model is subjected to force analysis and calculation,and the stress,shear force and bending moment of the channel bottom plate and the channel slope plate and the interaction force between the concrete lining plates are obtained,and the mechanics is obtained.The results calculated by the model are used to analyze the distribution of force and the distribution law of the concrete lining channel during the frost heaving process.The calculation results show that the most prone to frost heave of the channel slope is 65% from the top of the canal to the foot of the slope.At the same place,the bottom plate is most prone to frost heaving at 50%,and the calculation results are consistent with the actual situation.(3)Considering the foundation soil as an isotropic linear elastic material,using ANSYS16.1 software for analysis,taking the concrete lining channel in the coastal area of Liaoning Province as the object of simulation analysis,and performing temperature field and stress on the established finite element model.The calculation and analysis of the field and displacement field,the temperature,stress and deformation distribution calculated by simulation analysis and the comparative analysis of the data measured by the coastal area of Liaoning Province,the numerical error of the analysis result is between 2.47% and 13.33%,and the error is better.Small,meet the accuracy requirements.For the simulation analysis results of the comparative experiment,the thermal insulation effect of the 10 cm benzene board is the best,but the change of the frost heave amount of the 6cm benzene board structure and the 10 cm benzene board structure is not much different,and the insulation effect of the two is also small,the simulation analysis The results can be used as a basis for guiding the construction of concrete lining channels.
