To learn the composition,metabolic pathways and interaction of microorganism in the AOM enrichment sample,the cold seep enrichment sample would be used.Based on the taxonomic distribution of 16 S rRNA from the two sets of data,we learned that there were many active ANME-2 and sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB),and plenty of Gammaproteobacteria which were inactive.Based on the result of KEGG and COG annotation,we found that there were two active dominated processes: AOM and SR process,which were dominated by ANME-2 and SRB respectively.Beside AOM and SR process,there were genes coding for tricarboxylic acid TCA cycle and denitrification in bacterial community,and genes coding for nitrogen fixation(nifH)were found present with expressions from ANME,suggesting that diverse processes were active during AOM process.After finding CRISPR in the metagenome,we learned that there were 216 sequences contain CRISPR with 733 space sequences.Clustered by repeats,CRISPR from cold seep enrichment sample were assigned to 19 groups.Clu04 and Clu06 were popluar clusters in the cold seep enrichment sample.After confirming origin information of spacers and sequences contain CRISPR,we successfully built up the several potential interaction among microorganism: Gammaproteobacteria not only would exchange genetic material with other microorganism(such as Halobacteriales and Alphaproteobcteria),but also would be invaded by Myoviridae;Methanosarcinales would be invaded by Mimiviridae.We tried to connect the interaction of microorganism with CRISPR type,but we failed because of lack of enough data.But this new method to study the interaction among microorganism was still instructive.In addition,these work will be helpful for the further work of the study of AOM.
