The computational fluid dynamics analysis technology are widely used in nuclear reactor safety analysis and engineering design and In many aspects,such as fuel components thermo-hydraulic performance study reflects the important meaning.The model simplified scheme and the grid division method has big influence on the calculation results,thus the study on the manner of fuel assembly simplified scheme and grid division has great engineering significance on the fuel assembly.This article takes different modeling methods and framework on the fuel assemblies of different meshing method research.Compare the calculation results of different model simplified scheme and different grid division scheme,and established the framework of fuel bundle components associated with grid method and the simplified model,which provides mesh models for the CFD simulation in the thermal hydraulic calculation.1)How to simplify the model has big influence on the pressure drop of the grid,there are 12 percent difference from the simplified model.But it has a little influence for the temperature;2)The inflation takes a big influence for the grid pressure drop,if we did not mesh the inflation,we may get a result that less than 12 percent of the true result.The mesh scheme has less influence on the pressure drop,but has big influence on the fuel rod temperature.
