| The solid-state lasers need to be very stable in the use process,and the TEC temperature control system of red-light solid-state lasers also plays a key role in stabilizing the working parameters of solid-state lasers.In this paper,the TEC temperature control system of the solid-state laser is designed.The control module is used to control the driver,and then the refrigeration unit module is used to control the crystal temperature.In view of the internal structure of the existing red-light solid-state laser,as well as the influence of laser vibration and external environment on the performance of the laser,combined with price,late expansion and other factors,the performance index,cooling scheme,driving capacity and control scheme of the temperature control system are determined.In a more general solution,two control schemes,intelligent instrument control scheme and PLC control scheme,are compared,and two schemes are developed separately to facilitate later project testingAccording to the working characteristics of different crystals of lasers,the water-cooled module should work in two states: refrigeration and heating.When simulating the water-cooled module,it also needs to simulate the two states of heating and refrigeration.At the same time,considering the actual use,the control accuracy and response time,the structure design is carried out.After preliminary investigation,two control schemes are selected.After design,the driving module units of the two control schemes are identical.According to the design requirements,the drive module and temperature control module are developed,and the response and ripple of the drive module are tested.The performance test and analysis of the two control schemes are carried out respectively.Through the performance test,the PLC scheme has stronger universality,highercontrol precision,faster response speed,realizes two functions of heating and refrigeration,and the operation is relatively convenient,fast and intuitive.In view of the continuous expansion of the existing laser temperature control system in the use process and in the future application field,the function of automatic judgment of heating or cooling can be added to the system in the later stage to ensure that the laser is not affected by the sudden change of the environment in the use process.At the same time,time-temperature double control can be added to prevent the temperature in the use process.The laser stability is affected by the condensation phenomena on the crystal surface or TEC surface caused by rapid changes in a short time.In a word,as long as enough data are collected at the beginning of the design and more functions are realized in the later stage of the system,only software modification is needed,which is very convenient. |
