Land use and Land cover change has an impact on the regional Landscape structure and ecosystem service value and function.Therefore,it is ofgreat significance to systematically study spatial and temporal changes of the Landscape pattern and the value of ecosystem services in Ugan-kuqa River delta oasis in order to protect the regions ecological balance and achieved regional sustainable development.This study choose the fragile ecological environment of the Ugan-kuqa River delta oasis as a study area,using remote sensing images in 1972,1989,2001,2017 as the basic data Combined with field measured data,land use maps,social statistics and other data,classify remote sensing images and calculate the area of each Land use types.the grid,sensitivity analysis,spatial autocorrelation,and spatial statistical methods were applied to assess the ecosystem service value;The Landscape ecology method was used to calculate the Landscape index,The relationship between Landscape pattern and ecosystem service function was also studied.Based on this,the impact of Landscape pattern on ecosystem service value was clarified.The conclusions are as follows:(1)1972-2017years,in Ugan-kuqa River delta Oasis Cultivated land and construction land showed an increasing trend,whereas forest land,grassland and unused land showed a declining trend,make calculation in the selected landscape index,The density of plaques in the Ugan-Kuqa River delta Oasis has increased,and the volatility of the largest plaque index increased.The landscape was generally fragmented In the study area.The maximum Landscape shape index volatility decreases,shows that the Landscape shape tends to be simplified and irregular.The plaque type aggregation increased in the study area.The Landscape diversity index presented an increasesing and decreasing trend,and the uniformity index is now increased and then decreased.the Landscape diversity and evenness index was the smallest in 1972 year,It shows that The Landscape plaque types are most unevenly distributed in this area and have poor diversity.Landscape contagion index has been an increasing trend in 2017 reached a maximum,indicating a clear advantage Landscape patches of cultivated land in 2017 in the study area.(2)1972–2017years,In the spatial autocorrelation analysis,the study area total ecosystem services value has increased trend,increased from 1972 year 3324.32×10~6yuan to increased to 3700.76×10~6 yuan in 2017.the ecosystem services value is not flexible enough for the value coefficient,and the research results are credible.wast treatment,water conservation,biodiversity protection,soil formation and protection contribute most to the value of ecosystem services.water conservation functional value in 1972 was 594.96×10~6yuan,only about 94.06×10~6yuan less than the service value of waste treatment,ranking second,water conservation from 1972 to 2017.Waste treatment has been accounted for first,from 1972 year 689.02×10~6yuan to1989year 768.64×10~6yuan.It declined slightly from 1989 to 2001,and increased from762.82×10~6yuan to 828.99×10~6 yuan in 2001year.(3)1972-2017years,Moran's I values of the four years in the study area were all positive and greater than 0.7.The results showed that the ecosystem service value of the study area ESV distribution has highly correlated;In the LISA diagram,the margins of the Ugan-kuqa River delta Oasis,the rivers and the surrounding areas of the mountains are significant at a significant level of 0.001.The results show that there is a strong positive spatial correlation between ESV in these regions and ESV in adjacent regions.the hotspots of the Ugan-kuqa River delta Oasis were mainly distributed around the Tarim River,mainly distributed in the water resources and forest land areas,and the cold spots areas were distributed in the cultivated land and grassland types areas.among the six types of landscape indexs selected,the overall correlation ishigh;the maximum shape index is negatively correlated with the ecosystem service function,and other Landscape indexs Positive correlation,gas regulation,water conservation,biodiversity conservation,recreational cultural functions and plaque number,plaque density were negatively correlated.
