The Zhageyikuduke gold deposit is belongs to the Karatongk island arc zone in the northeastern of Junggar Basin. The deposit occurs in the Culm Heishantou Formation and is a set of volcanic-pyroclastic rock formations. The wall rock alteration is well developed. The hydrothermalism is obvious. The ore body is dominated by gold-bearing quartz veins. The formation of the deposit can be divided into three stages:quartz-pyritization stage,pyrite-arsenopyrite-quartz vein stage and quartz-carbonate stage. The total content of trace elements in ore and altered wall rocks of Zhageyikuduke gold deposit is relatively high.Au is closely related to Ag,Cu,Pb,As,S and other metallogenic elements. It is rich in Rb,Ba,Sr and other heavy ion lithophile,It is rich in U,Th,Hf,Nd,Zr,Y and other high-field strength elements. The altered wall rocks and ores have similar normalized curves of trace elements in the original mantle.Ores may have some metallogenic elements comes from surrounding rock. The light rare earth fractionation of ore is high, heavy rare earth fractionation is low, with slight?Eu anomaly, and the distribution pattern of light and heavy rare earth is similar to that of surrounding rocks. In the early stage of the Zhageyikuduke gold deposit, the metallogenic temperature is 230-270?and in the middle stage is 180-210?and the ore-forming fluid mainly develops aqueous inclusions with salinity between 6-12%NaCL.eq.The estimated fluid capture pressure is between 8.93-13.52 MPa and the ore-forming fluid is NaCl-H2O fluid with low temperature, low pressure and low salinity. The ore-forming depth is between 0.89-1.35 km.The H and O isotopic compositions of the Zhageyikuduke gold deposit are characterized by the mixing of magmatic water and atmospheric water, and the wide range of variation shows the characteristics of multi-stage mineralization. The early ore-forming fluids are mainly the mixture of magmatic water and atmospheric water, and the middle and late ore-forming fluids are mainly meteoric water.S isotope shows that S element in ore-forming fluid comes from mantle.Geological characteristics and geochemicalcharacteristics show that it is an epithermal gold deposit. The gold deposit is formed by precipitation of mixed fluid involving magmatic hydrothermal fluid and atmospheric precipitation in tectonic faults.
