Thematic Analysis Of The Research On The Field Of Autophagy At Home And Abroad

Objective:In order to explore the development,research hotspots and future research trends in the field of autophagy at home and abroad,deepen researchers' understanding and understanding of the field of autophagy in many aspects,and conduct in-depth analysis from multiple perspectives,directions and fields,will play a vital role in the future development and application prospects of this field.Method:Four databases,China How Net,Wanfang,Weipu and CBM,are used to select the keywords as "autophagy of cells" for retrieval,and the same keywords are selected from Science Driect,Pubmed,Web of Science and Springer by using foreign databases.Combined with various software such as Excel,VOSviewer,Endnote,and combined with relevant bibliometric methods such as literature analysis,the literature retrieved was analyzed.To study the literature published in the field of autophagy and to explore the key research directions in this field,we measured and studied the two databases at home and abroad,fully explored the various research directions in this field,and finally made a comparison between them to draw a conclusion.Result:1.In 1965,our country made a preliminary exploration of autophagy,which went through the initial stage,the development stage and the final rapid development stage.As the most basic key factor of cell survival-autophagy,we need to clarify the various stages of autophagy and the changes that autophagy makes to maintain cell self-balance.Further study of autophagy will provide new therapeutic targets and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of tumors,neurological diseases,endocrine diseases,cardiovascular diseases,ischemic injury diseases and many other diseases.From a macro point of view,it will be a new breakthrough in this field to grasp and analyze our country's leading talents,hot topics and links in the field of cell autophagy.2.The field of autophagy in foreign countries was first explored in 1962.It also experienced the initial stage,the development stage and the final stage of rapid development.At present,foreign countries mainly focus on the study of autophagy in the micro-field,such as gene expression,protein metabolism and many other fields related to diseases.Grasping the new trends and ideas in the field of autophagy abroad plays an important role and influence on the more precise construction of the system in this field and the new ideas of treatment in our country.Conclusion:1.Continuous heat rise in the field of autophagy at home and abroad;2.There are similarities and differences in the subject research of autophagy at home and abroad.
