With the development of artificial intelligence and big data,Vague sets theory has been widely concerned by researchers at home and abroad in the fields of intelligent control,machine learning,fuzzy decision making under uncertain environment,pattern recognition,and data mining.At the same time,because Vague sets theory has powerful capabilities in dealing with fuzzy information and data,and there are many inaccurate,incomplete or fuzzy information in real life,it is necessary to further study Vague sets.Firstly,the formula of fuzzy entropy has instability with the increase of hesitation.When the value of fuzzy entropy is 1,the change of hesitation has no effect on the value of fuzzy entropy.Partial entropy cannot fully satisfy the definition of fuzzy entropy.Three shortcomings of completeness.Considering the intuition and ambiguity of entropy,based on the comparative analysis,the hesitation degree is introduced into the Vague set entropy formula,and a new Vague set entropy formula is constructed.The completeness of the formula is proved theoretically.The comparative analysis of the examples shows that the improved Vague set entropy solves the above three shortcomings well,has good rationality and effectiveness,and further expands the universality of Vague set entropy with related examples.Secondly,through the research on the impact index of gas explosion in Wang Jialing coal mine,the key indicators are analyzed and selected,and the natural language of the evaluation index is processed into a Vague set language that conforms to people's cognition and evaluation habits and can fully express information.Considering the Vague set fuzzy entropy of hesitant information,based on Vague sets theory and E-V criterion,and introducing the risk appetite of decision makers,the mine gas explosion risk decision evaluation model is established.The empirical analysis shows that the model established in this paper comprehensively considers the impact of positive and negative information on the decision-making results.The evaluation results are consistent with the basic emergency plan evaluation.It is the basis for evaluating the risk of coal mine gas explosion and plays a role in preventing gas explosion and rescue.Certain guiding significance.Finally,the evaluation function curve is drawn by MATLAB software.The results of mine gas rescue risk assessment are further analyzed by numerical simulation and Vague set entropy change map,and the validity and practicability of the model are verified.
