| Objective: in this study,100 men with abnormal lipid metabolism in xi ’an city were randomly divided into two groups,exercise cycling and fitness running,with 50 people in each group.Before,4 months and 6 months of exercise,the aerobic ability of running,the aerobic ability of spinning,the cardiac function of running and spinning were tested,and the change rules of the aerobic ability and cardiac function of the subjects with abnormal lipid metabolism before and after exercise were observed.The aim is to find a better way for the public fitness,and to provide experimental reference for the scientific exercise prescription.Methods: subjects exercised three times a week for 40-60 min for a total of 24 weeks.Prior to the exercise intervention,each subject underwent an incremental stress test(GXT).The heart rate corresponding to 75%,85%,95% and 100% aeration anaerobic threshold(AT)was determined as the target rate by GXT test results.The exercise intervention process included preparation and relaxation activities for 5-10 min each,and the sustained exercise time to reach the target rate was: 75-85% AT intensity exercise for 20-30 min in week 1,85%AT intensity exercise for 30 min in week 2-4,85%AT intensity exercise for 40 min in week 5-8,95%AT intensity exercise for 40 min in week 9-12,and 100%AT intensity exercise for 40 min in week 13-16.AT the end of the 16 th week,the GXT test was conducted again.AT the end of the 16 th to the 24 th week,the target rate was the heart rate corresponding to 100% aeration anaerobic threshold(AT)of the GXT test result.Results: 1.The spinning effects on cardiac structure and function index contrast can be seen in the group after before exercise,exercise 16 weeks,exercise data contrast between 24 weeks IVSTd,EF,SV,FS,CO,VA,E/A have significant difference,other indicators also have change,but there was no significant difference among them 16 IVSTd exercise and exercise before significantly decreased(p < 0.01),There was a significant increase(p< 005)in 24 weeks of exercise and 16 weeks of exercise,a significant increase(p<0.05)in LVEDV,a significant decrease(p<0.05)in LVESV,and a significant increase(p< 0.01)in EF,both before and after exercise(p<0.05).SV exercise and exercise for 16 weeks ago have significantly increased(p < 0.01)between exercise and 24 weeks ago have significantly increased(p < 0.001),the FS exercise and exercise for 16 weeks ago have significantly increased(p < 0.01)before 24 weeks,exercise and exercise has significantly increased(p < 0.001),CO in exercise and exercise for 16 weeks ago have significantly increased(p < 0.05),there is significant rise before exercise 24 weeks and 24 weeks(p < 0.01),VA exercise and exercise 16 weeks have significantly increased(p < 0.01),There was an extremely significant increase(p<0.001)at 24 weeks and before exercise,and A significant decrease(p<0.01)at 24 weeks and 16 weeks of E/A exercise,and A significant decrease(p<0.01)at both 24 weeks and before exercise.2 jogging effects on cardiac structure and function,running heart function groups within the data comparison shows LVPWTds exercise and and 16 weeks significantly increased(p < 0.05),There was A significant increase in VA between 24 weeks of exercise and 16 weeks of exercise(p<0.01),an extremely significant increase between 24 weeks of exercise and 16 weeks of exercise(p<0.01),and A significant increase in E/A between 24 weeks of exercise and 16 weeks of exercise(p<0.01),24 weeks of exercise and 16 weeks of exercise(p<0.05).3.Comparing the effects of spinning and fitness running on heart function and structure,there was a significant increase in IVSTd during the weekend(p<0.05).There was a significant decrease in LVESV compared with cycling(p<0.01).4.Comparison of cycling’s aerobic capacity within the group: after spinning,VO2 max,VEmax,vo2max-met,AT-%VO2max,AT-VE,AT-oxygen pulse and AT-MET of weekend exercisees were significantly increased(p<0.05),and AT-load,AT-VO2 and AT-MET were significantly increased(p<0.01).In weekend exercisees,VO2 max and at-ve were significantly increased(p<0.01),VEmax,at-oxygen pulse and AT time were significantly increased(p<0.05),and vo2max-met,at-load,at-vo2 and at-met were significantly increased(p<0.001).Weight of exercisees AT week 16 and weekend 24 decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.05).VO2 max and at-ve of exercisees AT week 24 increased significantly compared to that AT week 16(p<0.05).At-vo2,at-ve and time to AT increased compared to that AT week 16(p>0.05).After exercise,VO2 max,vo2max-met,AT-%VO2max,AT-VE,AT-load,AT-VO2,AT-MET,AT-oxygen pulse were significantly increased(p<0.05).In weekend exercisees,VO2 max,vo2max-met,at-load,at-vo2 and at-met were significantly increased(p<0.05),at-oxygen pulse was significantly increased(p<0.05),and at-hr was significantly decreased(p<0.05).Weight of exercisees AT week 16 and weekend 24 was significantly lower than that before exercise(p<0.05),at-hr of exercisees AT week 24 was significantly lower than that AT week 16(p<0.05),at-oxygen pulse was significantly higher than that AT week 16(p<0.05),and VO2 max,vo2max-met,at-load,at-vo2,at-% VO2 max,at-ve,and at-met reached AT week 16(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in Weight,VO2 max,Hrmax,VEmax,vo2max-met,at-load,at-hr,at-vo2,at-% VO2 max,at-ve,at-oxygen pulse,at-met,and time to AT between the two groups(p>0.05).AT the weekend of exercise 16,there was a significant difference in at-ve between the fitness running group and the spinning group(p<0.05).AT the end of 24 weeks of exercise,the at-hr of fitness running group was significantly lower than that of spinning group(p<0.05),and the at-oxygen pulse of fitness running group was significantly higher than that of spinning group(p<0.05).Conclusion: 6.1 subjects’ cardiac function indexes including IVSTd,LVEDV,LVESV,EF,SV,FS,CO,VA,VE/VA were significantly improved after exercise for 16 weeks and 24 weeks.6.2 after 16 weeks of exercise and 24 weeks of exercise,the subjects’ heart function indicators such as LVPWTds,SV,FS,HR,CO,VA,VE/VA were significantly improved.6.3 from the perspective of the effect on heart function,running intervention is better than cycling exercise,which indicates that running can better improve the heart function of people with abnormal lipid metabolism.6.4 after exercise for 16 weeks and 24 weeks,the subjects’ aerobic capacity indexes Weight,VO2 max,VEmax,vo2max-met,at-load,at-vo2,at-ve,at-oxygen pulse,at-met and AT time were significantly improved.6.5 after 16 weeks of exercise and 24 weeks of exercise,there were significant differences in the indicators of aerobic capacity: Weight,VO2 max,VEmax,vo2max-met,at-load,at-vo2,at-oxygen pulse,at-met,and time to AT.6.6 by comparing the data of aerobic ability of running and spinning,it can be seen that the improvement of aerobic ability of spinning is stronger than that of fitness running,so spinning can better improve the aerobic ability of people with abnormal lipid metabolism. |
