Research On The Classification And Assessment Of Marine Energy Equipment Based On TRL

Marine energy generation device is a large and complex system,which is often characterized by long cycle,high cost and greater risk.In order to reduce the risk,promote the development of marine energy utilization technology in our country and speed up the R & D and industrialization of marine energy generation devices,the concept of technology readiness level(TRL)into the field of marine energy generation equipment is introduced in this paper,and the following results are achieved:First,the SRL calculation method was proposed.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the current method,including Minimum Value method,Weighted Summation method and IRL matrix method,an improved IRL matrix method was put forward.The weight of the experts were determined by their authority,Familiarity with the area and impartiality.The SRL were calculated by the matrix of TRL,weights of TRL and IRL.Second,the definition of technology maturity classification of marine energy equipment in China was proposed.This definition combined the requirements and characteristics of marine power generation equipment,at the same time,the TRL standards in Europe and America were taken into account.Next,the specific meaning of the TRL in the following three aspects: test scale,test environment and system fidelity,were elaborated from the perspective of practical application.Meanwhile,the main purpose,qualification standards and key points of each stage are proposed,thus providing an effective guide for the application of the technology maturity of marine equipment.Third,the TRL calculator suitable for marine energy generation equipment was developed.The questionnaire proposed by NASA was improved by Considering the characteristics of marine energy generation equipment,which is the basis of TRL calculator software.The TRL of CTEs can be determined by TRL calculator,which makes the evaluation process more systematic and operability.
