Three dimensional vision measurement is widely applied with the advantages of non-contact,large data and speed.DLP is expensive,large,not easy to integrate and waste of resources.Aiming at this contradiction,a special projection device is built based on the principle of galvanometer scanning and laser stroboscopic imaging,and the special measurement technology is studied on this basis.This study is of great significance for improving the hardware composition of the measurement equipment.The measurement system is built with line laser,galvanometer and the camera by using the timing matching technology.Based on the basic parameters and imaging principles,the hardware structure and the specific hardware parameters of the data acquisition system are designed.According to the gray image encoding principle and principle of stroboscopic imaging technology,software structure and control process for data acquisition system are designed.The similarities and differences between traditional gray-code structured light measurement system and this system are summarized.The structure of the traditional gray-code structured light measurement principle is extracted,then determine a scheme to get the measurement principle of the system.The mathematical model of the stroboscopic projection system based on galvanometer is set up,the spatial angle mapping model of the gray code value and the space plane cluster is determined and the final system measurement model is integrated according to the scheme.This paper studies the data processing technology,summarizes the basic process of data processing and determines the key technology and basic research route.According to the principle of image imaging ray composition,an effective region selection and background light suppression scheme is designed.The image processing algorithms are applied based on the need of actual data processing.According to the coding principle and decoding principle of gray code,the gray code space coding image is generated.Error code screening is on the basis of spatial distribution characteristics of gray code,and finally the three-dimensional coordinate values are calculated based on the principle of measurement.Based on camera nonlinear imaging model,the actual calibration process of camera is designed.On the basis of the camera calibration results,the 3D coordinates of the gray code stripe points on the calibrated plane are obtained.The mathematical model function of the calibration optimization is determined by the mathematical model of the projection system and the point cloud data.The actual three-dimensional measurement is done by calibrating parameters,which verifies the feasibility of the measurement system and verifies the accuracy of the measurement system.
