Not only saving the social resource greatly,but also packing material recycling can reduce the supplier cost;Therefore,supplier can provide more competitive product and service,which help to set up more stable relationship and win-win mode by each other.According to research,it found that package recycling at supplier side is still in the extensive stage;The quality of operator's culture is not good;And the package stack without any rule,which caused the reusing times is decreased,stack is not reasonable,more area is occupied and transfer times are increased;Meanwhile,with the field cost up,the recycling are of factory is not enough.For example,M company,as the world's top 500 manufacturing,all package from production line should be left factory in 24 hrs.Otherwise,the packing area will be over warning limit;So the supplier should recycle their package every day;Because the demand is different,and the fee is charge base on the transfer time from FWD,it caused that the vehicle can't load fully and recycling cost up;Therefore,stack optimize& mix load distribution can achieve better profit;The similar problem always happen in production and life;the research and optimization has a very high practical significance and application prospect.The paper mainly from supplier and requirement side,improving the space utilization of recycling,increasing the loading rate from supplier and saving the cost;The paper is including the research of the domestic& foreign and VRP research and application status;Then it put forward the packing material recycling tray stack optimization and distribution optimization method base on the save mileage method;Firstly,we find the relationship between supplier shipping quantity and recycling quantity in certain time;And got the shipping quantity and recycle quantity and measure the recycle material volume and weight;according to the binary tree list,recycling material is stacked with certain rule and fine the best way,which can improve tray loading rate;Secondly,based on the recycling tray and supplier location,using the save-mileage method to optimize transfer way and improve load rate;Meanwhile,it can save the recycling area of M company.
