With the increasing severity of climate change and environmental pollution in recent years, the focus on groups evolution under environmental stress has become particularly important.Due to environmental stress,a species is likely to disappear or become extinct. However,in complex and interlocking ecological system, extinction of one species or even decline in population can have a sever cascading effect on others. Therefore, understanding whether factors such unobservable indirectly interactions among species(mimicry)could play an important role in the maintenance of ecological community stability, and understanding how species disappearance could affect the population viability of its interacting species is very important to gain the knowledge of biodiversity protection and avoid potential threat to ecosystems.Based on the above analysis, this thesis used the Agent simulation model with mimicry to theoretically investigate this issue, and analyzes the groups evolution process from different angles,so as to obtain more comprehensive analysis results. The process of groups evolution under environmental stress is the dynamic process of the groups in the face of environmental disturbances.Firstly, the three-species predator-prey model is designed, and three important parameters affecting the mimicry state related factors, environmental disturbance type and disturbance time are integfrequencyd into the model, which is simulated by removing different types of species(prey).Different levels of environmental disturbances, while disturbance time is added through the system state. On the one hand, based on the model, the dynamic changes of the population under the model are analyzed by means of phase diagram, trend analysis and comparative analysis. The simulation results show that there is a significant difference between the abundances of the species interacting with the species at the end of the simulation when the species are quickly removed at different time points, but there is no significant difference under other conditions. It is verified that the indirect interaction between species plays an important role in maintaining the stability of ecological communities. On the other hand, the survival analysis method is used to analyze the evolution process of the group. This method explores the changes in population evolution during the simulation experiment by the survival frequency, death frequency and danger frequency of the population. The simulation results show that there is a significant difference between the survival frequency of the species interacting with the species when the species are quickly removed at different time points, but there is no significant difference under other conditions, which indicates the simulation.Species variation and predator traits determine species viability under different types of disappearance events.
