Due to its unique advantages of strong electromagnetic interference,chemical corrosion resistance,simple structure and high sensitivity,optical fiber sensors are widely used in human medicine,urban construction monitoring,environmental monitoring,etc.Among them,special optical fiber has more excellent sensing performance,D-type fiber and photonic crystal fiber are two special fiber structures currently under study.The D-type fiber is widely used in the production of all kinds of all-fiber devices because of its low cost,simple manufacturing process,controllable insertion loss and so on.In addition,photonic crystal fibers fabricated by combining traditional optical fibers and photonic crystals have excellent characteristics not found in conventional optical fibers such as high-bending-free birefringence,single-mode transmission,adjustable dispersion and so on,.In the field of fiber optics,there set off another wave.In this context,several fiber optic sensors used in the field of biosensing are designed and their optical properties are studied in depth.The main research contents and results are as follows:Firstly,a simulation model of D-type fiber SPR sensor with silver-graphene layer as sensitive material is proposed.The use of silver provides higher detection accuracy than gold.The D-type structure helps to improve the phase matching between modes,and the deposition of graphene under the metal layer enhances the electric field and improves the sensing performance,so an ultra-sensitive SPR sensor is realized.The sensor uses single-mode fiber as research material,low cost can be used for mass production,and has broad application prospects in biological detection.Second,the independent construction of the fiber-optic wheel side grinding device,mastered the D-type fiber production and packaging methods;through the D-type fiber sensing performance and structure design,a high sensing performance D-shaped fiber The evanescent field sensor of the probe structure greatly improves the sensitivity and linearity of the D-type fiber sensor.In addition,by studying the biodetection experiment of the pig IgG,the sensor has great development space in biological detection.Thirdly,a surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensor based on double-core photonic crystal fiber is proposed.The use of photonic crystal fiber dual-core microstructure has a high signal-to-noise ratio,which can enhance the overlapping area between the twocoupling modes,and then use the silver core to fill only the right core,which can avoid the mutual interference of the multi-metal channel,and realize a high sensitivity sensor.The study found that the sensor not only has high refractive index sensitivity but also high amplitude sensitivity,which provides more analytical methods for bio-detection research.In addition,the sensor also has an anomalous phenomenon,and the phenomenon's reason is found through comparative research.
