Urban park green space is an indispensable part of urban public service facilities.It is an important space for urban residents to rest and entertain.It has many functions such as ecology,beautification and society.The accessibility of urban parks has become one of the important indicators to measure the level of urban modernization.The accessibility study of urban parks is to evaluate the size of urban park services and whether it is fair,and provide reference for the future development of urban parks,which is of great significance for improving the service functions of urban parks.This paper uses the GIS software platform to explore the accessibility of the urban park green space in the downtown area of Jingzhou,and selects the network analysis method to study the accessibility of the city's current park green space,aiming to reach the urban park green space in the downtown area of Jingzhou.Sexual analysis and evaluation,found that the layout of the shortcomings,and proposed optimization recommendations,in order to provide future data support and decision-making guidance for the preparation of urban park green space planning in downtown Jingzhou.The analysis of the accessibility of the park green space in the downtown area of Jingzhou includes the overall analysis of pedestrian accessibility,the accessibility analysis of the park green spaces at different levels and the analysis of the spatial distribution of accessibility.At present,the overall urban park green space within a reasonable time walkable access area ratio is about 5.34%;the accessibility of all levels of park green space results: the current community park,garden green space within a reasonable time walkable access area ratio At 1.43%;the bicycle accessibility area ratio of the current community park and special park green space is about 13.62%;and the ratio of motor vehicle accessibility in the reasonable time of the comprehensive park and special park green space is about 29.84%.Secondly,from the perspective of supply and demand,by superimposing the spatial distribution of accessibility and the residential land in the downtown area of Jingzhou,it is evaluated on the basis of the accessibility analysis of urban park green space.It is not difficult to find Jingzhou Park in terms of supply and demand.The layout of the green space is still unbalanced.From the above data and analysis and evaluation,it is concluded that the layout of park green space in Jingzhou city center is not reasonable in overall layout,and the accessibility of park green space is poor and needs to be improved.Optimization of the layout of the park green space in the downtown area of Jingzhou: Firstly,the road traffic network system in the downtown area of Jingzhou should be adjusted accordingly to improve the accessibility of the existing parks.Secondly,on the basis of the road traffic network system,The GIS location allocation method reasonably determines the location and quantity of new parks to improve the accessibility of the overall urban park.The optimization results show that when the reasonable accessibility of the park green space in the study area meets the service of the residential area,at least 28 park green spaces will be built in the study area.Then,through the most common pedestrian travel mode of the residents,the rationality of the program is planned.The proportion of the residential area covered by the planned reasonable walking distance of the park green space has been raised from about 7.76% of the current situation to about 91.91%.The level has been significantly improved,and the spatial layout is more reasonable,and the service scope is more fair.
