The storage,transportation and processing of raw materials is the core of material filed scheduling,which is at the front of the entire operation of the steel industry and as the primary task of production management of steel enterprises,ensuring the entire production process runs smoothly.Small and medium-sized steel enterprises must make full use of limited resources to improve the strain capacity and production efficiency.Therefore,the research and application of the intelligent scheduling system has become an inevitable requirement for the survival and intelligent manufacturing of iron and steel enterprises.Firstly,based on the newly built environment protection material field of Tangshan Donghua iron and steel enterprise,this paper gives the overall system structure and the function overview of each management module.Considering the limited area of the plant of small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises,proposing to establish the vehicle scheduling model based on queuing theory in order to guarantee that the original fuel vehicles will not be blocked in the factory.By establishing the original fuel vehicle queue scheduling model of the repairable random service system with the fault of the unloading equipment,this paper analyzes the conditions and probability characteristics of each objective parameter when the service system reaches steady state by using the probability generating function method,the numerical calculation by Matlab verifies that the method is effective for solving the problem of the original fuel field vehicle queuing scheduling.The supply of the intelligent scheduling system has made the saturation coefficient of the materials in the fabric of the material storage to be reduced to 1.2 by the original 1.5,on the basis of about 20 billion of raw material investment each year,the monthly financing cost decreased by 501,000(the financing cost accounted for 0.1% of raw material investment),saving the financing cost for enterprises,which provides a reference for the further research on the intelligent scheduling system of the environmental field.Figure26;Table10;Reference 44.
