Bridge deflection is an important parameter for evaluating the safety state of bridge and an important technical index for judging the stiffness and bearing capacity of girders.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor it for a long time in order to evaluate the stability and safety of bridge structures.The monitoring data are analyzed to guide the daily maintenance and maintenance of bridge.This project studies and designs a multidimensional bridge deflection intelligent monitoring system based on double laser datum by analyzing the traditional deflection parameter detection principle,detection method,equipment performance and equipment installation and maintenance.Based on the premise of real-time,high precision and automatic detection,this paper designs a multidimensional bridge deflection detection scheme.The key technologies studied in this paper include target structure and hardware circuit design,image processing algorithm selection and algorithm programming,camera coefficient calibration and intelligent data monitoring.Finally,a real-time on-line monitoring system for multidimensional deflection parameters of various bridge is designed.Firstly,this paper theoretically studies and analyses the stress mechanism and mathematical expression model of single span bridge,and proposes a multidimensional parameter detection model of bridge deflection based on double laser datum and digital image processing.Secondly,a target imaging and laser image acquisition system is designed according to the detection model and the optical principle.Then,aiming at the key technology of image processing,the hardware circuit and software running program based on image processing chip TMS320C6748 are designed.In order to achieve the high accuracy and real-time performance of the detection system,a real-time and accurate target image processing model and algorithm are studied and designed.Finally,the product prototype of the detection system is developed,and the conversion coefficient between the pixel displacement and the distance displacement is calibrated.The error of the system is analyzed.The product prototype is installed in Jinshuigou Jiulong Bridge of Heyang County,Weinan City,Shaanxi Province,and the performance of the detection system is verified.At the same time,the intelligent data monitoring and warning platform of Web and Android is designed.The data is sent to the cloud server terminal through GPRS communication unit,thus realizing the multidimensional intelligent real-time monitoring of bridge deflection.
